I never received an email with a link in it after registering, so I cannot log in. What do I do?

Here are a few things you can check.

01. Check your junkmail in your email. Sometimes your email application will put first-time or unknown emails there.

02. Check the "spam filter" on your email account. Some email accounts offer a "spam filter". This is typically a good thing, however, if the filter does not have "" on its "safe list" or "white list" (or similar), it may be deleting the DAB automated email before you ever get a chance to see it.

03. Typically you will get the DAB automated registration email within minutes, if not seconds of registering. However, we have seen examples where the automated email hasn't shown up for hours. We don't know exactly why that is. We just know that it happens. We speculate that it is due to visitor traffic on the server (computer) where our hosting is located. In the case of the DAB, we used "shared hosting". This means that there may be dozens or maybe hundreds of websites on the server (computer) where the DAB site is hosted. If those sites have a lot of traffic, then we are subject to share that resource. Therefore, at times, it may take a while for the automated email to get to you.
