DAB 2.0 Mobile App Feedback Form

Thank you for partnering with us as we gain excitement in releasing the all-new DAB 2.0 mobile app.  Your participation is critical to the success of not only this launch, but also to reach others and share God’s word.

Below is an existing list of identified issues and our status with them.  We will look to update this list every 24-48 business hours.

If you are providing feedback for more than one issue, please fill out this form for each one.

There is no need to relay information related to your device, operating system, mobile app version, etc. when filling out the below.  We are collecting this information in the background upon submission of this form.

These are known bugs and features we are aware of and working on. Please visit here routinely as we update this list often:

• • Login/Registration:
• • Login with Google/Apple/Facebook currently does not work
• • Using a password manager may cause issues with registration
• • When logging out and back in you may land on a different page than expected
• • Load time may be long for the initial launch
• • Achievements:
• • Achievements may show the incorrect progress percentage for testaments
• • Achievements may not be granted when they should
• • Channels:
• • Channels page may load slowly
• • Episodes:
• • Scrolling back up through a channel’s episodes won’t cause the image to expand again
• • Player:
• • The offline player is not performing as expected
• • The slider may break after skipping around the episode a bit
• • Changing audio devices may cause an episode to start over
• • Prayer Wall:
• • Guest users currently can’t see the prayer wall
• • Prayer Hotline:
• • Will always ask for mic permissions regardless of previous responses
• • Recordings currently have an echo
• • General Styling:
• • We’ve identified a handful of areas where colors, additional styling, or buttons need minor adjustments to match our expectations
• • Offline styles also need updates
