DAB 2.0 Mobile App Feedback Form

Thank you for partnering with us as we gain excitement in releasing the all-new DAB 2.0 mobile app.  Your participation is critical to the success of not only this launch, but also to reach others and share God’s word.

Below is an existing list of identified issues and our status with them.  We will look to update this list every 24-48 business hours.

If you are providing feedback for more than one issue, please fill out this form for each one.

There is no need to relay information related to your device, operating system, mobile app version, etc. when filling out the below.  We are collecting this information in the background upon submission of this form.

These are known bugs and features we are aware of and working on. Please visit here routinely as we update this list often:

• • Login/Registration:
• • Login with Google/Apple/Facebook currently does not work
• • Using a password manager may cause issues with registration
• • Profile:
• • Error handling for invalid usernames needs work
• • Profile picture is uploading sideways on Android
• • Listen Next:
• • May not load correctly on initial startup
• • Volume controls may not work on Android
• • Downloading from listen next may cause an unhandled error
• • Channels:
• • Channels page may load slowly
• • Episodes:
• • Scrolling back up through a channel’s episodes won’t cause the image to expand again
• • Filters may not load any episodes
• • Episode list stutters while loading
• • Player:
• • The slider may break after skipping around the episode a bit
• • Using the back button in the player may take you back an extra page
• • Downloaded episodes may not play while offline
• • Audio device button is missing
• • Incorrect translation may show on the read tab
• • Mini Player:
• • Long episode titles will overflow and cover some of the menu
• • Journal Entries:
• • Filters are not working as expected
• • May be unable to edit journal body on Android
• • Community Tab:
• • New options are on this page and they may not work as expected
• • Prayer Hotline:
• • Visual elements may not show when listening to your recording
• • Prayer Wall:
• • Back button isn’t working when creating a prayer wall post if text has been entered
• • Prayers may not load on the first visit (visit a different community feature and come back to fix)
• • Give:
• • Editing, pausing, and stopping donations is not functional yet
• • Payment details page may not load as expected
• • App may redirect to a blank captcha webpage
• • Pressing the back button on the give page may cause the app to stop responding
• • General Styling:
• • We’ve identified a handful of areas where colors, additional styling, or buttons need minor adjustments to match our expectations
• • Offline styles also need updates
• • Other:
• • Closing and opening the app quickly on Android may cause an infinite loading issue
