Tuition for this event covers all costs for accommodations, meals, teaching and event supplies. It does not include transportation to and from the event. A shuttle from Atlanta International Airport to Sharptop Cove on Thursday and then a return shuttle to the airport will be available for an additional $60 per person. There are a very select number of single occupancy rooms for women who prefer to stay alone. They are first come first served. Deluxe rooms are an additional $250 while standard (think Motel 6) single occupancy rooms are available for an additional $150 for the three night stay. Please note, these single standard occupancy rooms are a fair walk from the dining hall and auditorium so don’t forget to bring your walking shoes and a flashlight.

All attendees are responsible for their own transportation however we will provide a shuttle coach to and from Atlanta International Airport for an additional charter cost of $60 per person. If you fly into Atlanta International, your flight must be booked to arrive BEFORE 2:00pm on Thursday. Flights booked home will need to be booked LATER than 4:00pm on Sunday.

Due to the nature and depth of the content and experience, this retreat is not designed for children. Unfortunately, this retreat is not designed to offer childcare, and it is not able to provide for nursing moms. We do pray that God would supernaturally provide for your children while you are away, and for nursing moms we pray with all our heart that Jesus would make a way for you to participate in a future retreat.

Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 4 weeks prior to the date of the event; provided, however, you will be charged a $100.00 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the event that you cancel your registration less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.
If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full event registration fee to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Where will the conference be held?
The MORE Conference will be held at SharpTop Cove, a Young Life camp in Jasper, GA. It is located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Please take this into consideration as you make your travel plans, particularly if you are driving to the camp.
- How can my family reach me in case of an emergency while I'm there?
The emergency number to reach Sharp Top Cove is (770) 547-3671. You can also give this number: (615) 480-5535, to family members in case there is an emergency during the conference. There is very limited cellular service on the mountain.
- What should I pack?
Pack a flashlight, umbrella, comfortable shoes, layers (i.e. jacket, sweatshirt short sleeves - Spring in the South is very unpredictable) and ALL toiletries you will need. (This means everything that you use on a daily basis to cleanse, beautify or care for yourself. Nothing is provided at the camp other than toilet paper, and handsoap.)
- Do I need to bring bedding?
Camp SharpTop Cove will provide one pillow, a set of sheets, blanket and towel for each of you. If you require any other linens, please bring them along with you.
- I have dietary restrictions. Will there be anything there that I can eat?
Yes, the camp chef is excellent in accommodating anyone with food allergies or sensitivities. Please email email@example.com with your specific dietary restrictions.
- What are the sleeping accommodations like?
SharpTop Cove is a youth camp, so the lodging is set up in dorm-style bunkrooms. Each room sleeps 12 women. Pictures of the rooms.
- I'm coming with a friend or group of friends. Can we room together?
Yes. If you will be attending with a friend and would like to make sure you are assigned a room together, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What time should I arrive and where do I check in?
Please arrive for registration between 4:00 and 5:30 pm, Thursday. Upon entering SharpTop Cove directional signs will lead you to registration, which is located in Carter Canyon, a two story building just across from the pool. Please stop here first and receive your registration packet and room assignment. You may then proceed to your room to get settled in before dinner.
- What activities will be available during the Conference?
Several hiking trails are accessible from the base of SharpTop Cove, including a hike to the top of SharpTop Mountain showing a view as far as downtown Atlanta on a clear day. Dance classes. The Game Room: is equipped with pool tables, ping pong, fooseball, air hockey, shuffleboard, and board games as well as a lounge for simply sitting, and relaxing. The Giant Swing: holds 3 people at a time and is pulled to a height of approximately 40 feet. The Quantum Leap: consists of two separate power poles to climb. The object is to climb the pole and jump to hit a bell hanging in front. The Zip Line: extends from the top of the trees and ends in the lake. If you choose to try this, BE PREPARED TO GET WET!!! The camp’s snack bar will be available, should you need a little something to tide you over until dinner. There will be a hot tub available for use. If you wish to use it please pack accordingly.
- I’m flying. How will I get from the airport to the Conference?
If you need a ride to and/or from the airport and did not purchase a shuttle ticket when you registered, please email email@example.com. If you're taking the shuttle bus you need to arrive in Atlanta BEFORE 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 12th and you should book a return flight that departs later than 4:00 PM on Sunday, the 15th. The shuttle will be leaving the airport at 3:00 PM on the 12th to bring you comfortably to the conference and at 12:30 PM on the 15th to escort you back to the airport. We cannot be responsible for getting you to SharpTop Cove if you miss your flight or arrive at the airport after the shuttle buses have left. Southeastern Stages is the shuttle company we will be using. The shuttles will be boarded at the South Terminal’s Lower Level near Ground Transportation. Go to the Baggage Claims on the Delta side, look for the Georgia lottery kiosk, take the escalator to the lower level and turn left to go out the doors. Someone will be there to greet you, holding a MORE Conference sign. Please check in with her so she knows you have boarded. - Are there other miscellaneous details I need to know about?
Some women bring a cushion to sit on during our sessions as the chairs are not padded. Alcohol and/or drug use is not permitted at SharpTop Cove. Tobacco use is permitted only in the designated locations for individuals 18 years of age or older. Smoking is not allowed inside any buildings on the property. At the conclusion of the retreat we will receive a love offering for the youth who will be serving us at meals. Many of them are raising funds to attend mission trips this summer. We will only be able to take cash or checks for this.
- I am registered for a single occupancy room. What can I expect?
The single occupancy standard room will offer you the privacy you desire after the fashion of a budget hotel (think Motel 6). These rooms are quite a walk uphill to the main camp area so be sure to remember to bring your flashlight and good walking shoes. The single occupancy deluxe rooms offer a more lodge like atmosphere and are situated closer to the dining hall and auditorium.
