Dear Father in Heaven, we humbly come before Your throne praising Your Holy Name for You are our salvation and healer! You sent Jesus down to us to show Your love, wisdom and healing power to us. You won’t withhold any good thing from us as long as we don’t refuse, oppose or deny You. You are God, perfect and good in all Your ways. Bless them, their families and friends with Your peace that is beyond all understanding as You guide them down the journey they are traveling. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Your word in this verse says “and the power of the Lord was present to heal them”. ‘Them’ are the Pharisees and teachers of the law. Jesus wanted to make Himself known to them. He didn’t reject them; He wasn’t withholding from them. But they didn’t receive any healing because they were so busy sitting back, denying Him and opposing Him. They were more concerned with losing their prestige and official status than receiving Your gifts of salvation, healing and eternal life. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Oh Lord, thank You for Your forgiveness that You have provided to us through Jesus’ death and resurrection! With His sacrifice and atonement, comes our healing. Help us to learn through our journey of battling cancer what Jesus has provided for us. Let us come to You daily and be encouraged by Your truth filling our hearts. Please reveal Your glorious salvation and bring Your healing power to us.
