Hi DAB family, Thank you SO much for your continued prayers and your fast on Monday. Things just keep getting harder and harder. My health keeps deteriorating. It’s really hard for me to walk with all the weight from the fluid in my belly. I’m going to the hospital at 11am to drain the fluid in my abdomen and hope that helps a bit. I’m back to using my roller instead of just a cane. The pain and soreness are so constant right now. Unfortunately, I don’t do well with painkillers so I keep throwing them up and can’t get relief from the pain. 🙏🏻 I couldn’t find any comfortable position to sleep and has another completely sleepless night. 🙏🏻 please pray with me for something to change fast! Please pray for relief! I am so tired and I’m just begging God desperately for relief. Thank you in advance for your warrior prayers!

You see exactly where she is at in the battle against the evil disease of cancer. I plead by the blood of Christ Jesus for her pain to be removed immediately, never to return! Please continue to give her Your strength and courage to take one step at a time with You in this most difficult journey of her life. Please let her feel Your presence and support that only You can give! Thank You for loving on her and lifting her up by Your mighty right hand. Straighten out her path and remove all obstacles to make it smooth like only You can do! Please give her a vision of what tomorrow may look like with her body being completely healed and without any pain! Give her the precious gift of time! It’s my sister Lord, Lisa. You know her pain and are ever at her side. She is suffering greatly. and it is not without purpose. Her suffering is for you Jesus. It is a sacrifice, her Holy offering. You are the very air she breathes. Come to Liza as a fragrance and let that assure her of your presence. You have chosen Liza because of her enduring faith in you.⚫️ A testimony for all to see that you are the one true God. Speak through Liza Father. Tell us of your wonders in heaven. Teach us your ways of sacrifice, your way of enduring love, your Holy way that cost so much. Let us come to realize that eternal blessings are via the road to Calvary. You show us the way Jesus. 💓September 14, 2023 at 5:09 pmThank you all so much! I feel so blessed to know you’re praying for me when things have gotten this hard. I am doing a bit better now that the fluid is out – I accumulated 3.5 liters of fluid in just 3 days, which was a record for me. No wonder I felt so heavy – that’s a lot on my now very tiny frame. ⭐️ I’m continuing to hold out hope that my oncologist will convince my health insurance to get me back on my old chemo on Tuesday. That’s my only hope of managing the fluid in my abdomen and the pain. Otherwise, I’ve been told I will likely need to go into hospice soon. ⭐️ 🙏🏻 Please pray over my oncologist and all the people involved in making that decision. It feels like they’ve all given up! And I’m not ready to give up when there’s a strong option on the table. 🙏🏻 I continue to look to God and trust His timing! And I’m also fighting hard to advocate for myself since I do think God wants to give me a bit more time. Thank you all again!

Lord; I feel that (YOU) God carried me through my journey as the heavens were bombarded with prayers, so that I could be a source of strength comfort and encouragement to others who would travel this journey. I have been praying the same scriptures and prayers from Joseph Prince; Dodi Osteen and Tony Evans. These are all faith men and women who have traveled this tough journey. Lord, please open heavens hear all the cries and prayers that are going up to You. Let Liza’s Oncologist not give up On her. Let her find favor with her care team. September 15, 2023 at 1:08 amThank you all so much! I’ve been able to hold down pain medications now that I don’t have as much fluid in my abdomen and so I was able to sleep a few hours straight before the medication wore off. I’m going to talk to my palliative care doctor at 3pm today about medications and I’m SO thankful since I really need to find something that I can tolerate longterm. Thank you for your continued prayers over God easing my pain. I have so much more energy and hope when the pain isn’t as bad. And I’m so thankful I had some hours of relief!

Abba, we are all begging You to give Liza relief from this excruciating pain. Liza, I am always thinking about you and saying a prayer of faith to the Father on your behalf 🥰🙏 You are so strong and so brave and The Father loves you more I can comprehend I am here, praying for you always my dearest Liza. 🥰 I can’t imagine how you feel, but I am here to listen when yogi call in and to read when you update and to plead with the Father on your behalf. HE did this for me. I trust and beg Him to do this for you Liza. September 15, 2023 at 2:10 amPraying for you, dear sister in Christ. When you hurt, we hurt, too. Asking the LORD to make you better. In Christ we are connected. Continue to sense the love of His people and thank you for loving and sharing in return. Our little flower girl at my wedding a few years back but last May as a pre-teen at 12 had a shocking diagnosis with AML (Leukemia). Cancer is crappy but Christ is greater. She’s gone through the gauntlet, too. Praying for both of you and others who have this cross to bear. As the body of Christ we continue in our prayers for one another. Asking the LORD to help you to get through this new day with new found discoveries and love, despite the challenges. Father, grow faith and confidence in this journey. Let perfect love cast out all the fear in Jesus’ name. Let us remember that in You, grows faith, hope and love, but the greatest of these three, is love. In love we find You. Amen.

September 15, 2023 at 3:57 pmDear sweet Lisa, here is my prayer that I prayed for you earlier today: ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Dear Abba, You and You alone know all the struggles and challenges that Lisa has faced throughout her life. You also know that she is battling for her life this very moment. Please, dear Lord, I raise Lisa up to Your glorious power and majesty to help this daughter of Yours who loves You to heal her body so she may stay with us for another 37 years. Abba, she needs more time! You are the only One who can give her that. We don’t know what Your will is for sure, but if it is to take her home, I and many others pray, plead and beg for You to take that cup away from her. We are asking for You to relent on this one! No testimony can come from a grave, dear Lord! And what a beautiful testimony Lisa could spread throughout the world if You let her remain with us! We accept Your sovereignty and will still bless Your holy name if Your will is different than ours for Your plans are better than ours! But we will continue to pray for Your mercy and grace to be poured down upon this beautiful daughter of Yours! September 15, 2023 at 6:19 pm🙏🏻Lord, our sister is suffering and our hearts hurt for her. We thank You for this platform where we can share our concerns as well as our prayers. Father, our sister needs relief. I pray that the removal of the fluid will be just the beginning of that relief. I ask that You give her three consecutive nights of deep, restorative sleep. I ask that this sleep bring healing to her body. I ask that it strengthen her immune system to fight off the cancer that is attacking her body. I ask that it refresh her body and help her focus on the things she hopes to do. I ask that this rest quicken her spirit and help her hold onto hope. Lord, we know that You redeem everything, but it’s hard to hear our sister suffering and not ask You to remove it. Please, God, please erase her pain in Jesus’ name.

Even in the midst of darkest days, you are The Cloud that opens up the sky and brings a torrent of refreshing. Cause my sister’s heart to remain wide open so that she can receive all that you have written for her. Open wide her mouth so she might drink You in, and be filled with every good and perfect thing. In the strong tower that is Jesus, give her Manna from Heaven for this day. May Your grace chase her down and consume her every need so that her mind is held by You. September 18, 2023 at 6:25 amThank you all so much for your prayers! This weekend was the hardest one I’ve lived through this whole journey since when I was diagnosed and going through 3 months of intense pain and zero sleep. 🙏🏻 I’m SO thankful that two good friends visited me this weekend. They were here when I REALLY needed extra love and support. ✨ My friends were here every sleepless night and really helped me SO much! I could only feel comfy on our couch so they tucked me in there and stayed for hours talking, with candles to relax my anxiety and water to help hydrate me, and just physically helping me get up and down and use a heating pack or massage me. I was SO weak and tired this whole weekend I mostly had to have my eyes closed and tried not to fall asleep when my friends were talking or we were trying to eat together. To help with the soreness and pain, they took me to the pool twice to stretch and it helped me SO much!✨ 🙌 GOOD NEWS 1: after fighting SO hard and getting a lot of Nos, on Friday at 4pm my oncologist got my FULL chemo treatment approved! He was really against it for some reason and had given up on any treatment for me, but I really felt God telling me I needed to give it another shot. I was surprised because he was not fighting for the chemo until my caregiver (who is a doctor and his friend) pushed multiple times after I already made my wishes and needs clear. Everyone, including my caregiver gave up on the chemo and I was fighting to talk with other oncologist experts and find research to show it IS effective. I was also in unmanageable pain that whole day so it was so hard to advocate for myself while I was in so much pain! 🙌 GOOD NEWS 2: I didn’t sleep for daayyyys and when we put me on pain pills from devastating pain, I started to get even sicker and weaker. I throw up when I take pain pills so I was also not holding any food down. Then when my doctor finally approved my pain patch for chronic relief, my meds were too strong and I was SO loopy and disoriented. But the patch wasn’t strong enough so I was still getting breakthrough pain and needing to take the pills on top of it, so still getting sick and throwing up. FINALLY on Sunday my palliative team agreed to increase the dose of the patch and the other meds finally left my system! And I finally am not feeling terrible pain and able to keep down food. 🙏🏻
September 18, 2023 at 6:32 amPrayer requests this week: please pray for: 1) my arms went numb from sleeping on them funny since Friday. The doctors say it is wearing off and was just due to the strain, pain pills and sleeping on them funny. Please pray that wears off soon! 2) since I was throwing up so much, I now feel like I have something stuck in my throat and it’s really hard to swallow even water. Please pray for relief! 3) PRAISING GOD FOR MY FULL CHEMO ON TUESDAY! Please pray He protects me through all the side effects. This one makes me pretty nauseous and tired. I’m so excited I can get this treatment but it will be a long week ahead! 4) continued prayers for sleep – with the pain down, I slept a few hours on end. I really would love to be excited for bed soon and not dread the experience and count down every hour I have to in bed. 5) The fluid in my belly seems to be slowing just a but since I started half my chemo last week! I’m still really heavy and uncomfortable and still need to drain the fluid weekly! I’m going today and pray it’s starting to slow and get back what it was on this chemo before! 6) PLEASE PRAY OVER MY ONCOLOGIST AND ALL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS HELPING ME! That they treat me with empathy, that they do their research and that they don’t give up on me while there are still options! It’s so discouraging when your doctor doesn’t want to try something worthwhile and you still hear God saying keep going! Thank you all! 🙏🏻 Love you all and have a great week!

Prayer has worked for me and I have witnessed Gods miracles in different dimensions. We return all the glory to Our Heavenly Father. Thank God for good and caring friends who have taken time to come and care for you. May God bless their lives with His goodness. May He fill their lives with blessings and peace. Thank you for modeling what faith means. Thank you for your resilience and courage to ask and advocate for yourself. Thank you for allowing the Holy Spirit to speak through you. May God continue to strengthen you. Help you to hold your food down; keep you strong; May He increase his unwavering love and goodness over your life. My heart blesses you Liza. September 18, 2023 at 7:37 amJust read your second post after posting my response to your first post today: let’s pray for your chemo treatment today. 9/18/23!! Abba Father and Holy One; I ask that through the power of your Holy Spirit, wash the chemotherapy that Liza will receive today with your blood to purify it and make it wholesome. I pray against any side effects, ill effects, or complications with this treatment today. Lord Jesus, Please touch the hearts of all who will administer care to her today to be empathetic; kind, compassionate, loving and patient in giving her care. Let them look at her with the eyes 👀 of Your love and mercy. Let them go out of their way to lend a hand of kindness and affection towards her. Sanctify all the medicines that will be given to her and as her chemo goes through her veins; let it do the work of miracle and healing. Let her experience your divine intervention and supernatural power at work today. I pray this prayer humbly trusting You Abba And I thank You for Your Promises in Your Word that You would give Liza a new heart and a new spirit. I want my prayers to You over Liza to have power and bring change that we desperately request for more time and a miraculous turn around.✨🙏YOU can do anything and I trust in Your Sovereign Power to heal her. Standing on Your word in psalm 118:17. She shall not die, but live to declare the works of the Lord in the land of the living. Amen and Amen 🙏
