Praying Isaiah 40: 28-29 over you today: “The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the whole earth. He never becomes faint or weary; there is no limit to his understanding. From the weather news on television, it looks like Fiona did not land on Grand Cayman Island, but it’s not 100% clear. Even if it didn’t land, it would seem there have been some nasty winds, rain and waves pounding the island. Have been praying Psalm 107:28-31 over you last night and will continue throughout the day: “Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and He brought them out of their distress. He calmed the storm to a whisper, and the waves of the sea were hushed. They rejoiced in the silence, and He guided them to the harbor they desired. Let them give thanks to the LORD for His loving devotion.” May the Lord lift you and your family up and make your remaining time in the Caribbean peaceful and calm! September 24, 2022 at 4:38 pmGGDebbie; This is your boy Z; we went to 7th Day Adventist Church today because Hurricane IAN is forecasted to touch part of Grand Cayman tomorrow. Grandma 👵 has been talking to Jesus and spending her time alone with Him. She believes it won’t affect us and we are all praying and trusting Jesus like Peter (Disciple of Jesus) did when his boat was sinking. I am allowed to respond to your post. She will read after the storm is over. She is doing really well today. She was a bit tired yesterday but happy when I read the jokes and told her that you are praying with and for some people. Pray you are well too. Grand Cayman is great. No guns; no noise. It is clean and very much fun things. And I saw some really huge turtle. Grandma even touched some with two fingers. Bye for now. September 25, 2022 at 9:25 amGood morning GG! Thank you for all of your jokes. I did not know how, but everything you said in that last post was true. We are still praying that the hurricane will not land in Cayman Islands. Luckily, the hurricane is heading for West Cayman, Not East Cayman. Or at least, that’s what the forecast says. That doesn’t mean that God, the creator of everything in this universe would actually ALLOW a hurricane to hit Cayman just because the forecast says so. God charters the path of the storms, or even destroys them, and the forecast tries to predict it. But, it is important to watch the forecast and do everything they say to be prepared; that’s also being diligent. The forecast also said that the winds from the hurricane might affect the entire island from Sunday to Monday. Today is Sunday, but I am not scared. Because God is gonna be right there, by my side. On a lighter note, my grandma is getting a lot better. She is right here, next to me, as I type this post. She sends her love and greetings to all of the DAB family.❤️💕😂🙏💋🥰 On an even lighter note, I have a few jokes for YOU! I’ve posted it before but it keeps resonating with me and I want to live each moment knowing that I did not leave anything undone. Telling the people around me that I love them and showing kindness until I draw that last breath! God help us daily to live for YOU. Amen and AMEN 🙏 “Every minute someone leaves this world behind. We are all in “the line” without knowing it. We never know how many people are before us. We can not move to the back of the line. We can not step out of the line. We can not avoid the line. So while we wait in line: Make moments count. Make priorities. Make the time. Make your gifts known. Make a nobody feel like a somebody. Make your voice heard. Make the small things big. Make someone smile. Make the change. Make love. Make up. Make peace. Make sure to tell your people they are loved. Make sure to have no regrets. Pray for the needs you see. Your unconditional love and faithfulness that You pour down upon us is more than our human hearts and minds can comprehend. We are awe struck at Your holiness, power, and glory! Coming to You in prayer for our sister, Flora, and her family as they hunker down from Hurricane Ian. In Psalm 91:14-16, You made a promise of protection for Your children, so I come humbly but boldly to Your throne requesting You bestow this promise upon them: “Because he loves Me, I will deliver him; because he knows My name, I will protect him. When he calls out to Me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him and honor him.
