November 19, 2019 at 1:15 amLord God, We pray that you would open the doors that are meant to be open for Alyssa. If it is your will, Lord, we ask that you would open the door to medical school and allow her to go on helping as many as possible in your name. Lord, as Alyssa waits, I pray that her anxiety would be calmed and that she would know and trust that your plan for her is the best plan for her. Jesus, you are so good and for that we are humbly grateful. Praying always in your might name, Jesus. Amen

November 20, 2019 at 11:28 amStanding in agreement with our brother, joesanchezfom, on behalf of his beloved daughter, Alyssa. Lord, we pray You grant Your favor on her and her application to medical school. May it be at the right time, at the right school that You have already selected for her. Help her wait patiently, leaning on You and growing ever closer to You in this in-between time. Open doors for her which cannot be shut and shut doors where You do not want her to go through. Thank You for her excellent mind and the desire You have placed in her to go to medical school. We know it is a long road ahead which will likely cost somewhere around Half a Million dollars. Provide for her financially, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. We trust You, Lord and, with her parents, await the day that she will be properly called, “Doctor Alyssa”. ~gail

December 2, 2019 at 11:51 amLord, with You, there is no need for anxiety – although we all tend to go there at times. Relieve this family of it, knowing that You are in charge, that medical schools take a very long time to make decisions, and that Your timing is always perfect. As we look back on our own lives, we clearly see how Your timing was always best. Help Alyssa and her parents redeem this waiting time, growing closer to You, and each other. Let there be no regrets. ~gail

January 1, 2020 at 12:25 amLord, remember Alyssa and her immediate future in medical school. We pray for Your best for her.
Alyssa – Our cousin is now completing his final year in Residency. The Lord took him on quite a journey on getting into medical school, through each semester, having to take a semester off, often he volunteered around the world during school breaks, finally graduating! Then in looking for a Residency, he wanted to go in one direction and God would not allow it. He ended up in a GP Residency in an area he was not thrilled about. Now as this time is ending for him, God appears to be granting his desire to move to the Northwest, where he can be around his family and providing him a good position as Doctor Jer. Trust in the Lord, follow His lead, be obedient to Him. Blessings! ~gail
