January 11, 2021 at 4:15 pmAll the things going on with the US, Covid, etc., my anxiety is at an all time high. I am trying to give it to God and letting go, but I have never been good at the letting go part. I am in a constant state of anxiety about the future of the country and world.

January 11, 2021 at 4:27 pmI understand the not being good at letting go too! Remember though, despite everything happening in this world-it is not our true home AND, most importantly know that God is sovereign and HE is in control of everything. Nothing happens without his consent. Let this truth and knowledge wash over you. Heavenly Father, please place your healing comfort and peace, that surpasses all understanding, on your children. Remind us that you are our Rock and our Redeemer and that we can come to you in times of need now and always. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

January 12, 2021 at 12:57 amLord, help Your beloved to understand that what she claims to be hers, she will eventually walk in, in her life. That’s why Your Word tells us to order our conversation aright. And, Your Word also, admonishes us to speak life. The words that we speak carry power to create in our lives. By saying, that anxiety is mine, or I’m in a constant state of (you name it), we are in affect, taking ownership of what we are saying. If we don’t want to feel anxious, We’d be better off confessing, that I never feel anxious. And bless God, I’m never in a state of feeling anxious. Or, I never get anxious. Jesus said, in Mk. 11:24, that we can have what we say. The truth is, we will have what we say. The problem with most Christians, (myself included) is, instead of saying what we desire to manifest our lives. We are saying the exact opposite, and we are un fortunately, having what we say. There’s a good rule to live by that states, if your not happy with what life’s been dishing out to you lately, then start changing what you’ve been saying.
Lord, thank You for Your Word is truth. And it’s the truth that we know, and understand. And take ownership of, that makes us free. Father, You’ve instructed us to be imitators of You. Meaning, in part. We are to say the same things that You do. You’ve called us to not only speak life over ourselves. But, over others also. Help us to reflect You in every way.
In Jesus name. Amen! 💓 -
