Blood sugar and insulin levels to come into normal

    I’m Mary. Ive been part of DAB for 5 years. This is my first time to reach out. I’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and working very hard at bringing my sugar levels down and losing a little weight. The blood sugar levels have lowered but not enough and weight is resistant to come off due to high insulin levels in my body. I don’t eat sugar, flour, or junk food at all. In fact I eat very low carbohydrates but still my body is resisting. This is along with SAD at this time of year I often get very discouraged and depressed too. Thank you for praying.

    Father, asking You to direct Mary as to how she can eat/exercise to lower her sugar levels and her weight. Let her hear from You. Direct her what to do. Let it be easy for her and help her to feel well and be well. Encourage her, Lord that You are for her and with her always. You will help her with this. Let her not worry or feel discouraged. Excess fat melt away from Mary’s body and blood sugar and insulin levels normalize in Jesus Name. Thank You Jesus! I pray in Your Name. Amen. Be encouraged Mary. Don’t worry. Walk by faith and now that when you’re following Jesus He will lead you on the right path for your life. He is for you and loves you SO much!!! Glad you reached out with this request.     Dear Lord Jesus,
    Please help lift our sister, please remind of of how far she has come and that at this time to seek you and wait on you in prayer. To know that you can help lift her and give great joy. Please be near to give her wisdom and understand of what other action will help her, Lord help her have purpose in all she does and understand how important she is in the lives of other people. Amen

    Dear Jesus, Please put your healing touch on Mary and lower her blood sugar. Guide her to know what foods are healing to her body like good fats, proteins and complex carbs that will also help her be healed from SAD and depressing thoughts. Help her list her blessings and your healing Word each day to be ready to combat the discouragement. May Your Word and Your strength slay negative thoughts that the enemy wants to have reside in Mary. May there be no room for them! In Jesus Name!
