My husband and I used to be very connected with our local church but after a church split, we have struggled to get back into a church community. We also recently moved across country. Please pray that we would find a new church community to walk and serve with. That we would get back into the routine of attending church and making it a priority again.
September 4, 2024 at 10:01 amDearest Lillamb; If you are constantly taking in negativity, doomed scrolling, social media, watching rage, inducing news, hanging out with toxic people, and listening to disempowering messages. Don’t be surprised if you feel like a magnet for misery. Let the mighty Lord you be the judge of your past congregation. Don’t look back, or speak a bad word about your past. Be proactive about curating your environment and influences. Follow inspiring leaders and surround yourself with supportive people. Read books, watch videos and taking content that uplifts you soul. Immerse yourself in beauty LAUGHTER and nature of art. Laughter, is medicine to your soul. On that note, watch out for holding onto resentments and continuing replaying your hurts it’s totally valid to feel your feelings, but there is a difference acknowledging your emotions and endlessly recycling your woes over telling the story of how you been wronged and wounded can actually retraumatize you, and keep you trapped in pain. I am praying dear one, you will be establish and shine where you are being planted. Blessings to you, and yours. 🙏🏻♥️🕊️
