July 19, 2017 at 7:53 pmMy relationship is under attack. Me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship. There have been no signs of trouble and then like a switch flipped he is cutting off contact. We have been 4yrs together and not all the time apart. His depression has been worsening due to his new career and the demands as well as us being apart and some other issues unrelated to our relationship. The person who has been communicating with me in not the same man. I have asked him to take this to the Lord before making any decision and he is doing that. This is a man that the Lord has chosen for me and it is confirmed through daily prayer. Right now God is telling me to be still so I am being obediant and am faithfully waiting. Please lift us up in prayer and prayers for him to find relief of his depression and overwhelming pressures.
Bless yousoundyaaPrayers: 3085Requests: 12
July 19, 2017 at 9:28 pmI will certainly lift you up in prayer. What ever you do keep really close to God at this time, because when we are close we can cope. The enemy wants us looking at the storm, not Jesus. Know your brothers and sisters are praying now and know too that God will fight to get the outcome he wants, for now use the opportunity to find a new relationship with our Lord, be persistent in prayer (this verse came for you Colossians 4:2-6). Even today look back and remember how God has shown up in your life and give thanks, remember his faithfulness and know in times of waiting he is acting, in times of trouble he is our defender, in times of hurt he is our protector. He is our first and most valued companion in life, he walks with you every steps, he knows your every thought and word before you speak and there is no other relationship to have like the one available with our Lord.
He loves you, he loves you so much, that is what he says to you; you are loved and precious, let your heart not be sad, his love for you will overcome all things and you will grow in this. God bless. Praying in Jesus name. Your brother Andy in Christ.thespaatsaintnouveauPrayers: 300Requests: 48
July 19, 2017 at 9:54 pmAmen to the above!
When one is depressed sometimes they just can’t lift their voice to utter words. I wouldn’t understand it except I’ve been there. I look back and think “wow, that wasn’t me.” Hang on to the words spoken to you above. Hang on to those scriptures. And most of all hang on to the Lord. He has never left you. It is exactly as Andy said. The enemy wants to steal your focus. If you focus on this problem you lose sight of God. What we fear we create. We have the power of life and death not only on our tongue but in our thoughts. ” whatever is noble and pure and righteous, think on these things.”
Spend as much time in worship as you can. It is VITAL when we come to a desperate place (all the time) to not let anything into your body, mind or soul that goes against the nature of Christ. This being; television, music, negative words from others or any form of down talk from yourself or others. Your life and mind AND circumstances will change if you can feed your spirit with life.
I listen to a lot of you tube. I am very careful with TV. I have always loved music and this has been a constant struggle for me-slowly but surely I am losing my desire for certain types of music as the lord has opened my eyes to the fact that it carries a message of death and oppression. It talks about prosperity..but it’s actually completely self absorbed and it carries so many spirits with it.
I’m not sure why I’m saying this?
I’m praying for you and your boyfriend.

July 20, 2017 at 10:27 amPraise the Lord! Thank you for your prayers family I had such an uplifting day yesterday and pray for its continuance as I sit in the waiting room to be called to move by our Lord. My sadness has been replaced with joy knowing that everything is going to be as it should be, The Lord has filled me with peace and is lifting me up in love. Yes I am feeling tempted but I am fighting that with prayer, scripture, and counsel and I will not lose sight of Him. The Lord guided me to Romans 12:12 and I will be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, and steadfast in prayer. Praise be to God!
