TalleybunchPrayers: 0Requests: 1
July 10, 2019 at 1:04 amMy husband and I have no children of our own. We finished the fostering class last month, waiting on our second home study before we find out about licensing. I am so nervous that we won’t do something right, or it’ll be to much for us to handle. I pray about these fears but they just won’t seem to go away. Like I said we have no children of our own and Want to love these kids and do what’s best for them but still not mess them up any more then they already are. I guess I’m asking for prayers of peace and comfort. Thank y’all in advance!

July 10, 2019 at 1:43 amHeavenly Father we thank you for your blessings of family and children. Thank you that this couple have opened their home and allowed you to use them to care for and love tout children. Nothing new is easy and change can be daunting. We pray that you may be their strength and their comfort, may they fully depend on your guidance through it all that they may have no fear knowing you are in control. We thank you that they are responding to your call to take care of your children, may you bless them and open doors that they may know that this is your will. Thank you Father for all that you’ve done and continue to do in our lives. To you be the glory for ever and ever Amen.

July 10, 2019 at 9:19 amStanding in agreement with these prayers for our sister, Talleybunch and her husband as they go through the fostering process. Give them peace and courage to press on into the unknown for You are there. Thank You for their loving, caring, devoted hearts which desire to love and help foster kids. Bless them, Lord. Surround them with other foster parents who can help guide them in what to expect and how to handle various challenges.
Sister – whether you are a foster parent or have born to you, there are challenging days where we lean heavily on the Lord, praying for His wisdom and guidance. He is always there and will answer. ~gail

July 10, 2019 at 9:29 amTalley, my husband and I fostered children for 7 years. I have no regrets. God put it in our hearts and he blessed us tremendously. One of those children we adopted and he is now 24 years old. Yes, there have been many challenges doing foster care. However, that is life with everything that we do. If you believe that God has put this in your hearts, be assured that he will work everything out. Dear God, I pray for my sister and her husband that as they have chosen to trust you, that you would lead and guide their steps. Even in the daily challenges that will come, give them the strength and wisdom to be lead by you. Bless each child that comes into their home and allow them to be your voice and your hands as you use them to parent each child. Allow your love to flow from them and even be able to bless the parents of these children. We praise you for this ministry because it truly is a ministry to open your home and to love on children and to care for them as your very own. Teach them to love these children and protect them as their over own. We just give you praise and honor and we rejoice with them because we know that you do all things well. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank You for this dear couple who seeks your will and has started the fostering process and licensing. Give them grace and peace as they journey on in this process. Open doors that You want opened, close doors that You want closed. Give them wisdom and calm their fears as the process unfolds and allow them to sense Your Spirit confirmations along the way.
