December 30, 2016 at 1:41 amDear family
I am so frightened that I don’t have a true relationship with the Lord.
I am only just now starting to understand how far away from Him I am (been baptised nearly 20 years now) and don’t know if I ever really made a change in my life and frightened that I may be too late now. Please help and pray for me

December 30, 2016 at 4:23 amOh, please know you are never too late! Just the fact that you worry about your relationship with the Lord shows that the Spirit is with you and calling you to come back fully to Him. The Lord hears your frightened heart and is reaching out to you right now!
Lord please reveal to my sister how much you love her. Help her to feel Your presence as she cries out to you.
Isaiah 22:2 Says, “Surely God IS my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord is my strength and my song; HE HAS BECOME MY SALVATION”.
As the Lord holds you sing back this lovely scripture to Him.
Praise Him because even when we lose faith, He doesn’t.

December 30, 2016 at 4:57 pmDear Friend,
Have you confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior? If not please let’s have you do it right now. Today is the day of Salvation ((2 Corinthians 6:2).
Jesus says come unto me all ye that are heavy laden and I will give you rest. ( Mathew 11:28)
Confess that Jesus is Lord and that you believe he died for your sins. Ask him to come into your life. Turn away from things that don’t bring glory to God; repent of your sins daily ( sins are what truly cause us to feel so much separated from God).
Join a group of believers in a true Bible teaching church ( if you need help many of the DAB family members can assist)
In your salvation there will be rejoicing in heaven! God Loves you and he wants to have an intimate relationship with you.
Thanks

December 30, 2016 at 5:37 pmI would like to suggest that you might Ned to ask for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. There are to works of the Holy Spirit. First to convict of sin and to bring us to salvation. Second, to empower us to to live and witness for Christ. Just quoting some scripture over and over or a positive thought doesn’t work. You need the Holy Spirit to guide you in an intimate relationship with Christ. The Holy Spirit is the one who comes along side of you to/ give all that you need. Remember Jesus came to baptize us in , the Holy Spirit and fire(Matthew 3:11-12;Luke 3:15-16).
Read the following: Luke 11:1-11. Now turn to John 14; John 20:19 -23(This is the time the disciples understood and received their salvation. Now go to Luke 24:45-49 you will see that Jesus instructs them to wait for the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. You will discover the outcome in Acts 1:1-8 and Acts 2:1-4. The point is this ask and receive the Holy Spirit by faith. It is God’ s promise to you. Walk in the Spirit and see Jesus produce the fruit and gifts of the Spirit. To discover the life in the Spirit read Romans 8. I also encourage you to ask to be filled with Spirit each day(Ephesains 5:15-21). Here is another passage: Galatians 5:16-26.I pray that you walk in Spirit and as a child of the light.
