I need permanent healthy weight loss

    I have struggled for so long with my weight. I know Christ wants this under control. I had success with this when I was younger. I don’t need to feel defeated anymore. Please pray for me. Thank you very much in advance for your kindness. ❤️Thanks be to God, our Father, to Christ His Son, and to the Holy Spirit, our Comforter. 🙏

    Father in heaven, I thank you that there is help. Just as you led this DAB friend here, you are able to lead them to the support they need for the weight loss journey. I pray for courage it takes to meet a new group, to share their story, to listen and follow a new way. I pray for the strength to give up old comfort foods and find comfort in You. I pray for wisdom to give up habit foods and tackle new habits. I pray for strength to move more. Help them Lord to start now. In Jesus name

    Heavenly Father, I lift up tbrowntx to you and ask you to reveal yourself to him/her in a mighty way. May he/she recognize for the first time the link between the body and the spirit. That the body is the temple of your Holy Spirit and we are to care for it as if we were caring for you, Jesus. That this body is not our own, but was created as a dwelling place for You. Help him/her stop focusing on satisfying the needs of the flesh, but rather focus on satisfying the needs of the spirit through the body. I pray this in Jesus name. Amen.

    Lord Thank you for the bodies that you gave us. help us to be good stewards of our bodies so we may glorify you. We pray that if there is any health condition in this loved one , that is causing her not to have a healthy weight, that you O Lord , may heal her. I pray that she will purpose daily to look to you as her coach so as to lose weight and live a healthy life.
