Interview Thursday — Need God to Move a Mountain or Two

    I’ve been in the in the interview process to become an Owner/Operator/Franchisee for a great organization. I’ve had at least 8 interviews in the 4+ years of waiting and came very very close (came in 2nd) last summer for something right near our home. This next interview this coming Thursday is probably one to see if I should stay “on the list” or if it will be the end of the line. Just praying for wisdom, confidence, peace, hope, guidance and direction during this next interview and that God would move the mountains of obstacles in front of me and this dream opportunity — one that I really do believe would use my natural God given abilities for His purposes. I pray too that God would speak clearly through word, deed or circumstance this week ahead of the interview and let me clearly hear a Word from Him. Thanks all. <><

    That is awesome that you are looking for God in your situation. And I offered a prayer that He does speak to you, and give you His joy and contentment whatever the outcome is. I too have a big career hurdle facing me this week as I give a presentation on a difficult topic to a large audience. I’ll remember you in my prayers this week.

    Update……I think the interview went well….or at least I did as well as I think I could do. I don’t have any regrets or things where I wish I would have said something else or different or did something differtly. And I had peace throughout the experience. Now the waiting…….and if I do get to move on to the next round it might require relocation and I just don’t know that is what God wants us to do. Continued prayers that God would speak clearly and maybe bring a miracle and let it work out to not have to move. Thanks all.

    Hey I was just wondering if there was any update on the situation either good, bad or indifferent? I made it through my presentation, the thing I’ve been dreading for weeks. There are more to come, but I think I’ll feel a little better now. I’m hoping God is leading you to where He wants both of us to go.
