Dear Heavenly Father,
You know this young man’s needs. You know his desire for a job, for the work he enjoys doing. We ask for the next step in his career to present itself. I pray that You would guide him as he continues on this job hunting journey. May he focus first on Your will for his life, putting Your desires and Your plan above his own wishes and wants. Open doors to new opportunities that You desire for him, and equip him with the skills, knowledge, and wisdom needed to take steps forward in this process. As he crafts his resume, write cover letters, submit applications, connect with new companies and potential employers, and go on interviews, give him the words to speak and the courage to share who he is and what he can do. Give him confidence that can only come from You and give him humility too. I trust You, Most High– I know that this young man’s life is in your hands. Your will be done. Thank You for being near to him every step of the way and thank You for always providing for his every need. We believe his job is on the way. May this all be for Your glory.
