Hey DAB, it’s Kristi from Ohio. Thursday, Feb 25 I have my yearly review. It’ll be my first annual review with this company so I’m nervous that it’ll go well and that I’ll get a raise. In the past I’ve had jobs where I worked hard and was even told I had done well but never once got a raise, so I always have fear of that because I want to be at a job that accommodates its employees because cost of living always goes up, etc. If I don’t get a raise then I worry that I’ll have to find another job and it’s exhausting to keep switching jobs, because for me that usually means moving again.
February 23, 2021 at 8:52 amHeavenly Father, help Kristi through this employment review. Help her to accept the review as an opportunity to learn what she is doing well and in what areas she needs to improve. Help her to do her job well and be paid a fair wage for her work. Amen.

May Your peace rest on Your daughter, no matter what happens.
May worry and fear be removed from Your child, for that is not anything You have given.
Because worry and fear shuts out faith. You don’t want that for Your child, You want victory for Your child.
