Standing with you in prayer today. I’m sorry you are hurting. I’m sad to hear Josiah didn’t contact you on his birthday. I asked. I believed. I was waiting to hear the praise report. God still has good plans- they are surely better than mine. We don’t see the big picture, but He does. I praise You, Father and I trust You. In Your perfect timing, You make all things beautiful.

Lifting up this Mom to You. Let her trade her hurt, sorry, disappointment and pain for Your peace, love and joy. Just today as I listened to a message from James MacDonald – Walk in the Word. I knew how I would pass on the message to someone today. In this life there will be trials, sorrow, disappointments, grief, etc. but You tell us to keep on seeking the things that are above. It will make us better, not bitter.

Father, let this Mom draw close to You and keep her eyes on You. When we look to You, there is nothing but love and awe. May she enjoy You so much and trust You so much that she can keep her mind on You and things above. Teach her so that she doesn’t feel she’s ignoring her heart and desire to have her son back, but that she completely trusts You with her feelings and desires. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit. Let her speak life to their relationship. Let her say that You are restoring their relationship. You are at work. She is casting her cares on You because You care for her. Let this be her testimony now even before she is reunited with her son. That’s the hope I have for her. I believe that’s the hope You have for her. Speak to her. Let her hear You and believe. Let her entrust herself to You just as Jesus did when He knew he was facing the cross. He trusted You. He kept His eyes on You and because of that He was strong and faithful to walk the road that was before Him and fulfill Your plan…the redemption and victory of all those who believe. Thank You Jesus for being that example. Thank You for being more than an example, thank You for giving us Your power to live inside us. We can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us. YES!! Let this Mom feel loved and refreshed. I wish I could hug her and encourage her. You love her SO!!! Let her give thanks for You and Who You are! Let her REJOICE in You always!!! Your plans for her are good!! Give her eyes to see…let her know the best is yet to come! Today, let us be content and praise You for all Your goodness, grace, mercy and love. Those who trust in the Lord lack NO good thing! YES!! Amen!! I pray all this in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
