August 4, 2020 at 12:28 pmHi Daily Audio Bible family. This is Brent the Jesus Freak from L.A. I would like to ask for your prayers as I was laid off from my job a little over a month ago after having worked there for 26 years. I am 59 years old now, and it has been difficult to get even a single interview with other companies. I feel very alone, and of course isolated. I have faith that God will place me in a better, more rewarding position, but sometimes I still feel fearful about it. Please pray that God will give me peace and place me in a new position with a better company, doing something that God has given me the talent to do. Thank you so much!

August 4, 2020 at 4:20 pmHello brother J✝F, from L.A.. Praying for you. Adnoai, we know that You are involved in every finite aspect of our lives. And that our brother loosing his job of 23 years didn’t take You by surprise. You are, and already have been opening the doors that need opening. So that he will walk right into what You have prepared for him. Actually, even from before the foundations of the world.
We thank You Lord, that as Your Word says, that the foot steps of a righteous man are ordered by You. Therefore, J✝F, from L.A. is in good hands. The best truthfully. Father, remind him of all the times in the past, that You came through for him. Like King David did, let him encourage himself in those things. This is just one more giant that’s going down!
Lord, turn his fear into faith. Remind him that faith believes that it already possesses what it is believing for, before it ever sees it. Help him to line up his faith over the promise that, You will provide for his every need. And to begin to thank You for doing what you have said that You would do.Thank you Father for Your faithfulness towards us. And that You are good all of the time. Also, thank You for bringing our friend into the next season that You have prepared for him. Everything that he will need, is already there.
In the unequaled name of Jesus we pray. Amen!

August 5, 2020 at 11:41 amYes, Lord, we pray for a new, a better job for our brother, Brent. Encourage him and guide him to find that position he so desires. It’s a tough job market, uncertain, along with age discrimination, but You, O Lord, are so much bigger than all of that. Have Your way in Brent’s life and provide for him in the meantime. Blessings

August 7, 2020 at 8:48 amBrent! Erich – the Jesus Freak from the A-T-L here. Your story hit home and I wanted to share encouragement.
Corporate America can be heartless. Investing 26 years, especially in sales, with a company is an investment of heart, mind and body. It becomes an extension of your identity. And when that comes to an abrupt end, especially during Covid times, it can seem dark. Especially in the mornings.
I empathize with you. I have more than a few decades of sales and sales enablement under my belt for companies for whom I wore the logo with a servants heart, and I too find myself on furlough.
BUT I have a few extra months under my belt and my prayer for you is this: enjoy the journey! From “rock bottom” I’ve been able to FULLY look up and re-embrace my identity in Christ. My purpose. My passion. I’m still searching too, but this time in the desert has restored my heart in supernatural “only the Holy Spirit could” kinda ways.
My encouragement:
– Wake up each day with your DAB family, be still and know that He is God and has your back.
– Jump in to the sunrise with FEARLESS FAITH.
– Put on the Armor of God and step boldly into a new day to unwrap the many blessings of each new breath.
God has amazing Kingdom-size accomplishments in store for you. Stay plugged in, actively listen, and keep your eyes wide open for the new calling. It IS coming! Love you man! And love to Brian and the whole Global DAB family!!!gsimoninPrayers: 5621Requests: 43

August 7, 2020 at 7:27 pmHello my brother Brent, I heard your prayer request this morning and it really touched me to pray for you. I know what a challenging time this is for you, but be encouraged. I pray that the Lord will show you his divine purpose and will for you at this time. Fear not, the Lord is with you and he’ll never abandon you. You did mention your writing talent so I pray that the Lord shows you how this can be used to his glory and to provide for you. You’re not too old that’s the worlds system but you’re in the Kingdom. Be blessed richly, I’ll be lifting you up in prayer.
