Dear Lord, I pray for humility and forgiveness to replace wounded egos, pride and past hurts.
As St. Francis prayed we also pray:
Lord make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred let me sow love.
Where there is injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
And where there is sadness, joy.
O divine master grant that I may
not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love
For it is in giving that we receive-
and it’s in pardoning that we are pardoned.
And it’s in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen.

What a wonderful prayer request. I need the same Dorothy. I often pray my siblings and their families will come to Jesus but don’t ask for unity among us. I pray Lord for Dorothy and her siblings that You will give them a supernatural love for one another and fill their hearts with genuine concern for each other’s lives. I pray the same for my siblings and me Lord and even God, that we will like one another, want to spend time together and that we can be good friends to one another. When parents are gone, our siblings will be the family we have left and we long to have more with them Jesus than we do now. Thank you God for hearing mine and Dorothy’s prayers. In Jesus Name.
