I saw my Mom today on her birthday for a walk keeping our distance and with masks: so hard for us this way and how she looked concerned me. She looked exhausted, tired and maybe not as nourished or full of life you’d want your 74 year old Mom to be. We’ve all been through so much with caring for and losing my Dad to Parkinson’s last year. She’s had A-fib surgery for the third time recently and two days ago had a heart spell. She also fell and broke her wrist several months ago and has been in excruciating pain and numbness with an essential surgery coming up. Pcarpal tunnel
