January 2, 2019 at 8:59 amMy name is Jennifer and my 42 year old daughter is an alcoholic with serious mental health issues. When she is sober she is wonderful. She is healthy, kind, sweet and people are drawn to her. When she drinks she can consume a bottle of vodka in very little time. She cries all the time and is convinced she has every disease imaginable. She is cruel to everyone around her. She is drunk more often than she is sober. She has been to rehab many times and is currently in counseling but she rarely uses the coping skill she has learned. I fear she won’t survive the year. I know that the only way she can conquer this is with Jesus guiding her steps. She claims to be a believer but doesn’t have a real relationship with Jesus Christ. My prayer is for Lauren to open her heart and receive the Holy Spirit. I want her to feel the joy that comes from a relationship Jesus. I want her to feel empowered with the knowledge that with Christ’s help, she can defeat her demons. In The name of Jesus I pray.

January 2, 2019 at 10:38 amJennifer, I also have a daughter that is fighting with the same demons. She( Schic) is 38, has two children, 20 (Erin, pregnant with first child no husband) and 16yrs., Jalin, He got into trouble with police and Schic sent him to Job Corps very far away. And both hate her and I’m stuck in the middle of it all.
I will stand in agreement with you for your daughter, that the demons that is trying to pull her away and down will Not prevail. Father, I come and stand in agreement with your daughter Jennifer for her daughter and mine. Father, you see how demons are trying to steal our children from you and the Glorious work you have for them. My Lord, we are crying out as All the mothers of your Holy Scriptures and beyond that have humbled themselves before You. So we come, and cry out with all of our hearts unto your answering heart of righteousness. Father command the demons to leave Your daughters and cause Your overwhelming omnipotent presence to come upon Lauren and Schic with such a great conviction that Lauren and Schic will fall to their knees with arms stretched to the heavens and surrender All and Everything unto You the Only True God, that created everything upon the earth. We Know that NOTHING is to hard for you, O’, Most High. Father we give you Praise and Thank you for answering our prayers for Lauren and Schic now. We, know, that we know with You All things are possible. In the name of Your Only son Christ Jesus the sacrificial lamb.
We Love You Lord, Amen and

January 2, 2019 at 10:48 amFather, we join with Jennifer in lifting up her daughter, Lauren, in prayer. Alcoholism is such a destructive disease and we pray that You release her from the grips of it. Often when a person is drinking they are not present with those around them, and later, they don’t remember, and so the memories are also lost. What a terrible way to live – without a present and without a past. Only the Lord can be her future. We pray, Lord, that You step into Lauren’s life in a powerful, life-changing, life-giving way.

January 3, 2019 at 1:26 pmDear Jesus thank you that you span the gap between every wound and every lie that seeks to keep us separate from our Father God. Precious Lord expose the thorns that are causing the festering wounds which have led Lauren and Schic to cover up their pain with alcohol or drugs. Hear the cries of these mothers (Jennifer and Adrienne) for their daughters. Remove the thorns from the flesh and the souls of Lauren and Schic, pour Your healing balm on those wounds, give them ears to hear Your voice, eyes to see Your light, hearts that long for You who can truly heal and not for the alcohol that is only a poisoned bandage that infects the wounds further. Dear God thank You for your unfailing grace, mercy and love. Amen
