I’m going through a divorce. My soon to be ex-husband was mentally and emotionally abusing my son and me. My son and I left with just our clothes and we are staying with my mom. My son is traumatized, I just got him tested and he has severe ADD, Anxiety and trauma. He is seeing a doctor and we are working on med management as well as a trauma therapist. My son is cutting himself, and I believe my son is gay. He is denying it, but I have taken his phone and iPad away, along with removing all the knives, scissors and anything sharp from the kitchen and other places. My son does not see his bio-dad. He’s hurting from not having him in his life. His dad has always came in and out of his life. He has never been consistent. He owes me thousands of dollars in back child support, so he has decided not to work and disappear. I am struggling, with myself, my son, and I can barely hang on. I have no idea what to do or where to turn. I’m having a hard time dealing with my son being gay. My soon to be ex-husbands destroyed us. We are in turmoil and agony. My husband was supposed to be my forever, we were always at church. I loved him, and he started gaslighting and manipulating me. I am strong, but these giants are crushing me.
