January 28, 2020 at 9:24 amI am pretty much estranged from my sister. I am 57 and 5 years older. From a very young age she has resented and lead a life of lies and deceit and taken advantage of people. I thought all of that was in the past. That finally we could be close. That maybe after all of these years we could be sisters. I forgave her years ago, it doesn’t bother me ( the things in the past). I turned it all over to the Lord. She hasn’t spoken to me since Sept. 2019 we were on vacation in her hometown and I texted her to come have dinner. She lied and said they were out of town and we haven’t spoken since. I have posted memes on FB to her to have a great day multiple times. She deleted them. I have no idea why. I texted her with no response at all. I wanted updated addresses and phone numbers for Christmas cards- no response. Even for her this is unusual. She used to at least acknowledge me if I texted or called. This is just recent history. I have prayed for her my entire life. I do not think that she is saved. The topic is out of bounds. This affects our entire family. She has 8 children, several step children that are cut off from “her” and 12 grandchildren. Only two kids are involved in church. Please pray that she will finally accept Jesus and reconcile with the family. Her two youngest 19,17 do not even know they have a brother and niece. This family hasn’t been a family in 20 years. I love her and want her back. But, the most important thing to me is the salvation of her and her family.

January 28, 2020 at 11:21 amYou aren’t alone dear one! As I read this never so many similarities in your situation and someone who used to be my best friend situation for 20 years. Ha! There seems to be a pattern of 20 lately here in 2020. Do you know with God all things are possible and our faith is in the unseen not the scene praise Jesus; because life is truly A roller coaster but the differences we hold God‘s hand and he takes us up and down and around all those scary turns sometimes we lose our breath and he calms us down sometimes we laugh hysterically and when we get off the ride we just can’t believe that we made it; but we will make it every time. So why not keep going for that ride keep on sending things expecting nothing in return one day it might change up one day it might not maybe send her prayers every day don’t expect a thing in return just trust that the Lord will do his workBecause his word will not return void I am praying for the Holy Spirit are living Jesus to take control of the situation and that you will be encouraged with something special even if it is just a feeling that it got through to her. I pray for healing father that you would make of course family forgiveness Take over; we realize she is hurting and we pray that you would do what needs to be done to bring healing into the relationship in Jesus name amen

January 28, 2020 at 3:43 pmFather in heaven, I pray for the salvation of the sister and her whole family. Please heal all the wounds, the hurts of the past. May their be a tender place in her heart where the gospel may be planted. Bring resources before her constantly, the internet, the radio, tv, books, magazines, friends conversations, that will open her heart to the good news. Help her understand that she can not do it on her own, the Christian life is trusting Christ to live his life in you. Bring a witness today. Protect her life from every harm, danger, and evil. We know the enemy fights back. Bless her with peace of mind while she considers the truth of who we are and who God is. In Jesus name

January 28, 2020 at 4:12 pmFather God,
Please reconcile this sister’s sister to you. I pray that there will be open doors to reconciliation to their relationship and give our sister patience in the waiting and ears to hear when to reach out and what to say. In Jesus’ name, Amen
I’ve had both of my sisters discontinue communication with me at various times…my family has had this tendency to get angry and shut out. I kept on reaching out in love. I have a relationship with both but it’s not as close as I’d like it to be but I have to trust God in it. God Bless youzuzuspetals17Prayers: 4Requests: 0
