I would love for y’all to pray that I get in the word and pray And be consistent So I can be a light to others and help bring people’s to Jesus Christ

January 2, 2020 at 12:22 amWe do pray for you, towandashort, to be listening to Brian read the scriptures every day. For myself, I can easily get distracted so I read along as I listen to Brian read. Being in the Word every day has been exactly what I’ve needed. It helped me get through some really tough things last year without completely losing grip. I felt the steady hand of the Lord on my shoulder and His solid foundation beneath my feet. May you have a similar experience.
Lord, as towandashort seeks to be consistent in prayers, help them see it as a daily conversation with You, one that never really stops. Like talking to a best friend.
After following these spiritual disciplines, then, and only then, give them opportunity to reach out to help others find their way to You. Happy New Year! ~gail
