Need Wisdom working with my employees

I was listening to DAB this morning, at the end of Moses’ life, and Joshua was being prepped to step into the leadership role. And for the first time, I saw that Joshua’s desire was to have wisdom for leading millions of people doing God’s will leading these folks into new areas.
I desire to know God’s wisdom for my work also, for it is a position with so many strong personalities. I need wisdom to understand what is needed to lead in so many varied situations. Thanks so much for your prayers. I’m claiming James 1:17, for only His wisdom is a gift.

I pray for strength for standing alone at times when you are following God, being able to be firm and stand with God on decisions you feel called to uphold. But that in following God closely even those who would disagree would come around to support you. I pray that you know God is close always and that you would seek him regularly. Most importantly I pray that you would be able to follow Jesus and not worry knowing that he sees things differently, not like we do.I pray for your choice of words that build people up and do not tear them down, so that you would be fair and just. I pray for words that inspire others to be loyal to you and trusting in you because they can see you have a heart for all.
I pray that when you are tired that you would first seek God and that he would provide strength and you would be encouraged. I pray that you would take time for worship and that in those times you would feel great joy.
I pray that as God gives you wisdom you would bless him.

May you receive wisdom from God . He will give you just as he gave Solomon when he asked for it , so all you need is to ask for it .Walk in close fellowship with Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit you will sense what you need to do in different situations that you face because He the Holy Spirit will guide you as you seek him everyday

April 17, 2017 at 3:11 amThank you all for your prayers. I realize that more than wisdom as a supervisor is to display God’s love to them all as I have received from Christ. The more challenging the situations are, the more I see that Jesus is where I should focus my attention – walk by faith, and not by what I think I should be seeing. We are all so broken, and it shows up in differing ways. I only want the love of Christ to be radiant, inmersive, experienced from what is seen, and heard.
Blessings on your lives. Prayers for what you are all experiencing in your daily walk. Truly grateful!

April 18, 2017 at 11:20 pmPraying for you and with the others. Yes, you are correct. Christ in you will touch the lives of those you work with. That is first and foremost important. I feel so far from that, but my mind is being renewed. Amen! Praise the Lord!! I’m a stay at home Mom, currently homeschooling my oldest child. I’ve been struggling to remain patient when my son doesn’t want to do his lessons. He has been maintaining straight A’s, but to keep a 100% average is pressure on me. I know I need to let it go, but I want to give him my best and help him to do his best. He is fully capable of doing the work and even more advanced work. I’ve been struggling with knowing what is best for him. I’ve got to keep my eyes on Jesus. I ask for wisdom and I know He gives it to me. But I am reminded that my son needs to see Jesus in me and know His love through me. That is most important. Thank you for sharing your request and helping me with mine. God is SO good! You are a good co-worker. Keep fighting the good fight. Stand strong. Be of good courage. God goes before you and behind you. Christ lives in you. Enjoy Him each day as you serve him while serving those you work with. The joy of the Lord is our strength!!!
April 22, 2017 at 4:03 amThere is power in the name of the Lord, and I praise Him for the way in which this community upholds others – me at this time. I also want to ask Your blessings upon each one who is involved in praying for us, for those who are reaching out in need of Your healing hand at every level. I praise You, Father, for making this a safe place to share our joys and sorrows, hurts and praises so that we can all know You are God, You are an ever present help in our times of trouble, and that You stand for and with us.
Bless this young man, who in the midst of learning all of the things he needs to for academics, that he would long to know You, and Your great plan for his life, Father. Give his mother wisdom, yes, and knowledge on what it is that will engage her son in a powerful way – his taking the lead in the lessons, and teaching his mom, his doing research on activities that would relate to his studies that makes it tangible for him. And, Father, I thank You that in the many ways You teach us about You, that we get numerous opportunities to grow, to learn, and to share what You have brought to us with others for the Kingdom, Lord. I praise You for all that we will get to see happen in this young man’s life, and through his mom, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

I pray that if God is calling you to stand alone in anything you would be convicted of your belief not doubting the decision. I pray that your employees would come to have respect for you and your role. In Jesus name. Amen.
