Heavenly Father, I lift up your child to you and thank you that we can come boldly to your throne of grace and ask Lord, I pray that they will stand firm on your Word that you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind… and that they CAN do all things through you Lord because you give them strength. I pray that you will take their burden and break their yoke. I pray their joy will be restored, because the joy of you o Lord is our strength I pray this and count it as done in Jesus’ name. Amen

praying for you. someone very wise recently said to me that depression is too much focus backward (to the past) and anxiety is too much focus forward (on the future). neither of these is useful to the right now … to today. and neither is something we can do much about, because we can’t change the past, and most of what we worry about for the future never comes to pass. Some Bible verses…the one about forgetting what is behind I press on (Paul, I think); and also do not be anxious about anything….who of you can add one hour to your life by worrying (Jesus). paraphrases, of course.

Father in heaven, Strengthen this Dabber’s love of the Lord so they can forgive their father. May they reject every thought of bitterness or anger or depression or anxiety toward their father. You are their Father in heaven. You can fill them with love even for their enemies. May this father see Christ in his child and desire to know Christ. In Jesus name

Dearest AV; Keep praying and believing my sister. No one said, it would be an easy walk. In this world you will have tribulation! However Jesus conquered. You are an overcomer! Hello Av, take it from a brother in CHRIST who’s walked the roads that you are on. JESUS ✝ is the answer. We are told to look to Him who is the “Author And Finisher” of our faith, so that we not grow weary and lose heart (Heb. 12:2). It’s easy to look back, but it takes focus to look forward with the eyes of faith, and not with anxiousness of heart. What we think about is very important, we are the sum total of what we give our attention to or think. The Bible says: that as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. The Bible also says: It’s the little foxes that spoil the vine. Things that we think on most of the time will many times determine the course of our lives. This is why the Bible says to have our minds renewed by the WORD of God (Eph. 4:23).
JESUS ✝ is the answer! Ask the Holy Spirit 🕊 to help you to take your eyes of what’s behind, and off of the things that are yet to be. These two things I have to admit, have been two of the most troublesome obstacles in my own personal walk with LORD. But by looking to JESUS, ✝ and by my purposely setting my gaze upon Him, and allowing His WORD to renew my mind to the truth. He’s enabling me to walk in more freedom than I have ever have before.
Father, Help Av to get her eyes off of the past, and off of the unknowns of her future. Like Your WORD says: (Matt 6:34), “Take no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof” (KJV). Help Av to not be in fear concerning the things of the future. JESUS ✝ give Av Your peace. Spirit 🕊 of God, help Av also to not look back! Help her to resist the enemy when he comes with his guilt and condemnation concerning the things that have transpired in Av’s past. Remind her that it’s all under the blood 🩸 of JESUS ✝ never to be remembered by You again. Instill in Av hopeful expectation regarding her future. And a heart full of assurance that her future “which is bright” is in God’s hands. Help her to live for the moment, in Your presence and not to stress about what’s ahead. Lead her to be able to forgive and forget as You do Father. For if we don’t forgive others their trespasses, neither will You forgive ours. Help Av not to harbor unforgiveness in her heart, but to release others for all the hurts and wrongly spoken words that they have inflicted upon her. And help her to find peace that comes from true heartfelt forgiveness. JESUS ✝ draw close to Your daughter, and help her to keep her eyes upon You the “Good Shepherd”, and remind her that You are the lover of her soul. JESUS ✝ stir Av’s heart with Your promises such as, (Je. 29:11 -13 AMP), “For I know the plans and thoughts that i have for you,’says the LORD,’ plans for peace and well-being and NOT for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” And in verses 12-13, “Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. 13. Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” In (Psa. 143:8), “Let me hear in the morning of Your steadfast love, for in You I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to You I lift up my soul.” Look to JESUS ✝ (Isa. 26:3-4), “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trust in You, Trust in the LORD forever for the LORD God is an everlasting rock.”Father, we pray that Av’s heart becomes settled and perfected in Your love, the love that casts out all fear. Bring her into a place of contentment, and soul peace. And a place where she no longer is moved by the uncertainties’ of life, but her confidence is wholly in You…
