I work in an office of non believers as a social worker . I just started this job last year and the atmosphere is quite tense. The other social workers are united in trying to make me look bad in the eyes of my supervisor and deflecting problems on me when they are the root of the problem. I don’t say anything because I don’t want to make the situation worse but it is getting to me and it is affecting my peace. It is unnerving to me to be under a microscope each minute of the day and walking on egg shells. Yesterday all three of my social worker colleagues met with my supervisor to complain about me that I am not a team player because I do not talk to them. I keep my distance from them for my own protection and not because of any other reason. Please pray that my supervisor will not believe what they are trying to do as they are wanting me to get fired because I don’t fit in their clique. Thank you in advance

Today Lord we humbly ask for Your wisdom for deckard, to understand what is really going on at their workplace, the complaints and stress. Even if the supervisor is not a believer, give them wisdom to see clearly the unwarranted complaints against deckard. Protect deckard from lies and help deckard find favor with their supervisor. As deckard has shared this prayer request with the DAB family, move some of that stress from their shoulders to Yours. Lord, give deckard wisdom about whether You desire them to stay at this job, or find a different one.

I work in a department in which 80% of the people are not believers . My manager is a non believer but what i can tell you is that this is the BEST manager I have had my entire life. God has given me so much FAVOR with this boss until sometimes i wonder in amazement .I have PEACE over my work because i decreed and declared that the enemy will not affect me in this place!! I must SHINE in this darkness!
I tell you the truth- when i got hired, God instructed me to ANOINT my office. My door is anointed / seats/ walls. Anyone that comes in my office ,must LEAVE all their DEMONS out!! in the name of Jesus!
In your case you have people that are attacking you and trying to spoil your reputation.
Did you know that you are a child of a King!!! You must start behaving as such ! do not show the enemy that you are weak , otherwise he will run you over!!!
Remember in the bible book of Esther story of Mordecai / Haman? The evil that Haman had planned against Mordecai turned back on Haman’s OWN HEAD!! May the evil of those plotting against you turn back on their own heads in the name pf Jesus!!!I want you to start praying daily until you see change ! Your father in heaven is a JUDGE , and you cant afford to be treated as a servant when you indeed are a prince!
I want you to get that HOLY ANGER! and say ENOUGH is ENOUGH!
i tell you the truth , the ONLY language the enemy understands is VIOLENCE!I am not asking you to be violent at work.. your enemy is not your coworkers but Satan. You must fight back through prayers.
In the name of Jesus!! I declare WAR in the camp of the enemy that is gathering against you!
In the name of Jesus!! I decree and declare that your co workers will have NO PEACE until they STOP accusing you!
Every arrow of accusation fired against you MUST GO BACK to its sender in the name of Jesus!!
As a child of God I declare that you are BOLD and not a weakling ! Therefore may the spirit of boldness now come upon you in the name of Jesus!!Our Lord Jesus Christ is a MIGHTY MAN OF WAR! hence you must FIGHT since war is all about FIGHTING! You cannot sit back and expect to win in any war!
May the Lord give you BOLDNESS to speak to your boss and tell him the TRUTH without FEAR!
I pray FAVOR upon you in the name of Jesus!!

May 30, 2019 at 1:25 amAgreeing with these prayers. I had a similar work situation a few years back. I started praying while at work, while people were screaming in my face about how bad I was. I knew I wasn’t but the Holy Spirit helped me see that the evil in them could not stand to be in the Presence of Christ in me and they lashed out. The more they schemed and screamed and accused, the more I prayed and asked others to pray with me. I sat in one late Friday afternoon meeting where my supervisor was accusing and degrading me for over an hour. I started praying and I could feel the Holy Spirit stand between me and the attacking words. I heard them all but none were allowed to penetrate into my heart. I kept praying. I could tell that my supervisor was trying her best to get me to react to her, lash out at her. The Holy Spirit helped me remain calm enough to hold my tongue. The next time I was called into a similar meeting with her, I went in with 2 union representatives. I wanted them to hear and observe her outrageous behavior and angry words. Later I was verbally reprimanded for something I did not do. I prayed for wisdom. The Holy Spirit showed me a misstep that my supervisor had taken in forging a document using my work computer. When I calmly pointed it out to her, in front of those union reps, she said, “Oh let’s not mind that date/time stamp on that file!” My reply: Oh yes we will mind it as it shows when it was created which was at a time of day, 8 o’clock at night, which I had NEVER been at work, ever, in 5 years. She spit out at me that it was created on my work computer. My reply: there are only two other people who have access to my work computer, you and someone from IT. It would be an easy investigation to find out who logged into my work computer at that time of night. It wasn’t me. I was calm because the Holy Spirit had answered my prayers in the moment, given me wisdom and clarity and boldness to stand. It’s a spiritual battle to be sure.
Father, we continue to pray for deckard asking that You give them wisdom, clarity, and boldness by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Protect them from the fiery arrows that come their way. May none of them hit or pierce them. We pray for peace to come to this workplace. Remove the troublemakers to another division, or another workplace. Grant deckard Your favor and encourage them about who is the real enemy and the battle that is raging on.
May 30, 2019 at 8:21 amI agree with these prayers. Father, we forgive these critics because they know not they are being used by the enemy to attack your child. I pray you would bless and favor Deckard. I pray your peace and love will surround (her/him) wherever they go and that truth will prevail. I pray for the salvation of these co workers, confuse the plots and evil thoughts against your child. Expose these traps of the enemy.

AmenJune 2, 2019 at 1:18 pmHeavenly Father, I join this circle of prayer on behalf of this child who is crying out to you in fear and desperation. I thank you that you are our Advocate when we feel defenseless. I pray above all that you would keep this child from any impurity in her life so that the accusers lies would be defeated. I pray that this workplace will experience a revelation of truth and transparency that will convict any false accusers and completely frustrate any who conspire against this child. I pray that no malice or bitterness would grow in her heart so that her faith would remain strong. I ask that you allow her the gift of forgiveness and reconciliation as you work in her midst. I pray that you move supernaturally in this workplace to resolve the enmity that is festering. I ask that your love will overcome any evil that has been seeded there. You, Father, are in us all, and you are over all!

Sheila: God is good and gracious. He will fight for us. It helps to see the bigger picture of how Our Lord has already won the battle with satan, and how the closer we get to satan’s ultimate demise, the harder he fights to try to avoid the unavoidable.
