In her high school years, my daughter was the best friend of a girl who had a genetic disease which caused her organs to shut down gradually. My daughter sat next to her in every class and helped her when she had seizures from time to time in class.

In the last year of high school, we moved to another city and learned that the girl died 3 months before high school graduation.

My daughter went back to her best friend’s funeral and since then has had severe depression. Was counselled and took some medication. She is now a freshman in college and this is her first week and she is feeling suicidal thoughts again.

Please pray for her that God will help her overcome these suicidal thoughts and that a good psychiatrist will be found for her.
