DAB family – Please pray for our beloved son, Justin. He has walked away from the Lord and said something recently that indicated he is upset with me for things that happened in our family as he was growing up. Lord, I do not want to be a stumbling block to his faith. Refine me and open the conversation between us so, with Your Holy Spirit, whatever is troubling him can be resolved. ~gail
December 4, 2019 at 1:19 pmHeavenly Father, I stand beside this family before your throne to amplify this prayer. I pray that you would work on each member of this family as you guide this son who is questioning. Be very near to this son and allow him to see you as the source of your plan for his life.
December 5, 2019 at 3:36 amAmen. Abba, Father! You are the God of the Prodigal. We honor Your Name. Thank You for a mother’s prayer for her son. O Lord, I join with Gail at the foot of your Cross to allow our children find their way to You. I confess my own sin and how I fell short as a mom but know that You are our Great Redeemer. You make all things NEW. I ask, O Lord, that old memories that leave a bitter mark be looked at through the lens of LOVE. Some memories are so misunderstood; some are accurate accounts that I ask forgiveness for. Love covers a multitude of sins. Thank You for that O Lord. If we confess our sin, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Bring them home, dearest Father, so that they will join the throngs of saints that cry “HOLY” at Your Throne. Thank You Lord, for the miracle of Your LOVE. In Jesus Name!
December 5, 2019 at 3:57 amDear Father I pray for Justin and all of our sons and daughters who walk away from you because of the things that we as parents may do to disillusion them. I pray that our children and Justin will come to realize that we as parents make mistakes but God doesn’t. Help our children to see that God is the only perfect one and come running back to Jesus. May your loving arms cover Justin and so many other sons and daughter who have turned away because of things they could not control in the past.

I pray you send the Holy Spirit, who You send without measure, to heal an old wound that is festering in Justin. Make this a time of open communication and honest words, wrapped in love and compassion. Heal what has been broken, and make it stronger.
December 5, 2019 at 11:39 amThank you, DAB family, humbly I thank you for your prayers. Praise God that our Justin contacted me a couple of days ago. He needs his birth certificate. Pray that a day and time can be arranged to meet him and that our time together will be sweet. May he feel the deep deep love we have for him, and that the Father has for him. Help him make this faith his own. Work Your will in his life today, Lord. ~gail
December 5, 2019 at 6:27 pmFather in heaven, Thank you for making this opportunity for Justin to talk with his family. I pray he will make time to sit down and open up what is in his heart. Walking away from you is a choice. Christian children who suffer at the hands of their parents in Muslim nations do not walk away. It seems he does not see sin as so terrible that he needs a Savior. Well regardless, Lord, You already know all about him. I pray that he will find the resources he needs. In Jesus name

December 6, 2019 at 2:28 pmI’m so sorry to hear about your sons troubles. It sounds like his angry with a lot of people including his faith. I pray he would come to understand we all have past trauma and that this world is not perfect. Perfection is only in his faith and the more he reached out to Jesus, the easier the hard times can be understood. We love you and we are so grateful we have an opportunity to pray for you.
