Praying for faith

    I’m struggling with keeping depression out. I feel that my faith is not where it should be so when depression sets in I am unable to control it

    Heavenly Father. You know Judy’s heart, worries and struggles. Please show yourself in a intimate and tangible way. That she will know and feel your presence, comfort and love that will give her the Faith and confidence in the God she serves. When she is on her knees and in tears and feeling that hopeless feeling taking over her body and mind, Heavenly father please show her that you love her and that she is not alone. When that dark cloud hovers over her shoulders, heavenly father please shine through with your glory and love on precious Judy shoulders and let her know that she is valuable and precious daughter of the Living God. Empower her through your love and scripture with your steadfast faithfulness, and comfort her in her dark times.

    We pray Lord that depression will be replaced with the spirit of thanksgiving. Renewing the mind with the promises of your word and the power of prayer. Not to surrender to depression but, be empowered by their work to make a difference in their lives. Looking around them to find others to be of service too. We pray for all that are in the depth of dismay that your shining light will lift them to the completeness of your love Lord. We thank you Lord for the community of believers that pray to a all knowing God full of grace and mercy. In the loving name of our Lord Jesus we pray.

    Father in heaven, Judy’s faith is a gift from You. Help her to grow this faith by staying faithfully in the Word. Faith comes by hearing , and hearing by the Word of God. Every good and perfect gift comes from above. In ourselves we are nothing. Help Judy to be patient with herself, to lean on You, to delight in You, to smile love laugh, to be Your child. May she know how very much You love her. In Jesus name
