Scripture is very clear, believers in JESUS will not face the judgement that awaits the unbelievers. We find in Psalm 103:12 these words, AS FAR AS THE EAST IS FROM THE WEST, SO FAR HAS HE REMOVED OUR TRANSGRESSIONS FROM US, (that is you and me). JESUS came bringing forgiveness for sins. He often said, YOUR SINS ARE FORGIVEN. He does not plan to bring up your past, your sins nor transgressions when you face Him at the White Throne of Judgement, you have been forgiven. What we will receive are the rewards for what we have done for Him, not against Him. It is the unbelieving person that will face the judgement. We should live our lives in a constant state of thanksgiving, nor fear. He has removed our transgressions as far as the east is from the west. Satan tries to remind us that we are unworthy. Believing that only takes us away from living a worthy life. So, today, thank Him that your sins were forgiven when you accepted Him. Nothing can take that away. Remind yourself often that you are living a worthy life. Confess to Him when you fail and rely on His Holy Spirit to give you renewed life and energy to try again. Strive to do that which He is calling you to do. Living this way will bring you peace about what awaits you when you and I stand before Him. So, know you are getting rewards, not punishment.
