dropzonePrayers: 71Requests: 41
February 13, 2020 at 7:02 amWe all go through this feeling, which I think is normal because as you stated each trip through the Bible does change us. Keep your trek up, and do the best you can. God loves us, Jesus is our Savior, and he already knows our actions. I too have a very hard time struggling with guilt when I miss the reading for a day or even a few days, and I feel as if I have done a really bad thing, and I can feel that void, and we should not feel guilty, but just know that is the Holy Spirit that Jesus said would be with us, he is reminding us in a gentle way “hello” don’t forget me. I hope this makes sense I am not sure if it came out as I was trying to explain. Thank You for leaving your thoughts because it helped me as well today. God Bless!

February 16, 2020 at 6:07 amI believe the guilt comes from the father of lies himself filling us with condemnation to make us feel unworthy of Jesus’s love. Satan wants nothing more the to create distance between God and us. Misery loves company so Satan puts the wedge of guilt between us and God. We serve a loving Father who gently call us to Himself. He is patient and loving. He promises to never leave or forsake us!
