Shorma died this afternoon

    Dear DAB family, my sister Shorma died this afternoon after a long courageous fight with cancer, for nearly 20 years. This last year became more and more difficult but her faith kept her through it. I thank all of you who prayed for her at various times this year. She’s at peace now. Blessing to you all! 🙏🏽👍🏽💗✨

    Dear godsservant; “You placed my tears into Your bottle: are they not in Your book?” Psalm 56:8 To think that our great God takes notice even of our tears and saves them as jewels! He promises that those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. Psalm 126:5 Our tears will be turn into pearls, precious gems for God. And are posted in His book of remembrance, for He does not forget our anguish. His own son was “a man of sorrows and familiar with suffering. 🙏🏻♥️🕊 Surely He carried our sorrows.” Isaiah 53:3,4 The shortest and most poignant verse in The Bible is “Jesus wept” John 11:35 YES, HE WEEPS WITH US!

    Praying God’s comfort and mercy over you as you walk old paths without your sister. I’m so thankful her suffering has ended, but I know it’s very painful to be missing a sibling that has been called first. Peace be still and know that He is more than enough. I will keep you in my prayers.

    May the Lord bring you comfort during this time. Our worldliness mourns for the loss of our loved ones. But our spiritualness knows where and with Whom they are now.     Father in heaven, Thank you for Shorma’s faith and courage through her earthly time. We trust your timing, but sorrow is difficult. I pray for the Holy Spirit to comfort these dear people. Be glorified in all they have to do. Send them help wherever they need it. In Jesus name
