Abba! Praise You Lord! Allow us to meditate upon the picture of You asleep in the boat, as the storm raged and the disciples scrambled to keep it afloat. When they woke You up, You asked about their faith and why were they so fearful. You said, “Peace, be still.” Immediately all was calm. Their fear transferred from the storm to You, dear Jesus, as it dawned on them that the Person in the boat was more powerful than the wind and waves that had been pounding against them. Father, help us to keep our eyes upon You in our storms. We plead for this family and ask You to speak over them. “Peace, be still.” Wrap Your loving arms around them and show them that You are in control, even over ADHD, even over sleep issues. We love You, Lord.
