Son in Basic Training

    My 18 year old son dropped out of college and joined the Army. He’s been in Basic Training for 3 weeks. Our relationship was strained before he left. We’ve written letters and we are in a better place. I am proud of him. Asking for prayer over his physical body to endure, his mental condition to be strong and focused, and for him to not loose his connection with God during this trial. I ask that Holy Spirit would penetrate him. I ask that angels would surround him with protection. Thank you, DAB family.

    May the Lord Jesus be the banner and shield over your dear son . I pray for strength, endurance and good health over him.

    May he be surrounded by mighty angels of God as he goes through the training and may he be drawn closer to God in Jesus name!

    Heavenly Father, I ask your protection over this soldier in training. Keep him strong physically, mentally and spiritually. As he goes through an intense period of trial sharpen him to be a leader among his peers, give him wisdom, knowledge which surpasses his years and courage. As he matures in this process continue to mend his family relationships to a new level of wholeness. Lord, I thank you for your provision for our soldiers and airmen who so unselfishly serve our country. Your blessings and goodness know no bounds! Amen

    Army strong. Much respect to our men and women willing to defend this great country. Prayers being sent out for a hedge of protection over your son and all the other armed forces members.

    Agreeing in prayer for this request. Thank You Jesus for this young man training to serve. Protect him and draw him close to You. Holy Spirit fill him and lead him every step of the way. Bless him and this relationship with his parent. I thank You and praise You for what You’ve already done and are doing and will do!! Amen!!
