August 17, 2019 at 7:14 amHebrews 2:10-18 And now that Jesus suffered and was tempted he can help anyone else who is tempted Thank Jesus for healing her of her disease. Sister when you are tempted drink in hand say out loud with your own voice Jesus, and then say it again. He hears you, his name lights up the dark. If you have faith as tiny as a mustard seed he will heal you. You are already healed. Thank you Jesus.

August 17, 2019 at 2:37 pmI believe this was Elisha who asked for prayer which was on 8/17 request – this same day Sherry posted a poem God gave her after she was baptized – it is very powerful and declares all you need to believe in your heart about all He did for YOU on the cross. I wrote this poem out as I thought it proclaimed the truth so powerfully, and I do believe it is from the heart of God. If you can listen to this at 18 minutes in on 8/17, write it down and believe what it says. My heart goes out to you – you can be free of this as many others have – my own father quit the day he was saved and said simply “you just have to ask Him to help you”.
Have you been baptized – just that act or considering it if you have been baptized, remember when you go in the water, the picture is that you are dying to self and your desires and being raised to new life with Him and His power in you to overcome all that keeps you from complete freedom. This is a daily thing to claim and I am preaching it to myself right now. Dear one, lean fully on Him. Keep us posted. Mrs. Pfelixculpa723Prayers: 2063Requests: 7
August 17, 2019 at 3:00 pmHeavenly Father, I ask that your mercies flow over all those afflicted with alcoholism. Let all those who suffer know, precious Lord, that the journey out of substance abuse can take many different paths, but that the common factor is your presence with them along the path. Father, you know that for many, a single decision causes one person to never have another craving. For others, Father, the journey can be more challenging, with many attempts and many prayers before the temptation and desire is taken away. I stand with this child in earnestly seeking that you take away the desire for alcohol. I pray, Father, that you would guide this child to treatment and support groups if those are part of the path you have ordained. Help this child to trust in you as their Lord and Savior, the central focal point of their recovery. Let them be still before you, and listen to your voice in how to overcome the compulsion to drink or use. Let them find peace in companionship with you, and assurance that you have prepared the pathway to sobriety that is best for them. Father, have mercy on this child. Do not allow depression or discouragement overtake them or lead them to bad decisions. Lord, heal this child of this disease, and lead them into a path of service to you, and growing faith in your word.

August 17, 2019 at 7:52 pmStanding in agreement with these prayers on behalf of our sister who desires to be free from alcoholism. We ask Lord for Your help in her life – we pray victory over this disease! Lord in my own life I have see up close and personally how alcoholism is a liar: it steals everything from the drinker, their family and friends. They no longer have a Present, they forget the Past, and have no Future without You. O Lord, from all the pain my family has suffered, I pray you release our sister from this scourge. ~gail

August 19, 2019 at 1:28 pmFather, I return to your altar this day asking that you reveal yourself to this suffering daughter as her healer and her beloved companion as she walks out of the deep valley of alcoholism in the mighty power of Jesus Christ. Let her see your light and feel your healing touch each hour and each day she is able to live without alcohol. Each day, awaken her to your voice of assurance and healing.

August 25, 2019 at 10:21 pmFather, I return to your altar again this night to intercede for this woman. If she has already begun her journey out of the valley of addiction, then I pray that you will sustain her and deliver her from the desire to drink. If she still struggles with drinking, then I pray that you would help her take the first step toward healing from this disease by stopping all consumption of alcohol, and seeking support from other alcoholics who can mentor her during her recovery. Father, this is your daughter. Hear her cries for healing.

August 27, 2019 at 11:10 pmFather, I pray that you give her the same wonderful conviction of living relationship that you shared with me, preferring to refuse the addiction that was formed in a hard time many years ago! Jesus, your loving eyes are on this, your beautiful blood bought daughter of God- I pray, help her to grasp your hands tightly and kick the butt of the spirit of alcoholism. I pray that her joy becomes rooted deep in the foundation of the Word and the love that pours in from your presence with her, to fill at the places that earlier were holes.
I pray Jesus that it would be you sitting beside her for loving conversations, filling the evening hours in the pleasure of your company, sharing intimacy – that your presence would be the living water she drinks in.felixculpa723Prayers: 2063Requests: 7
August 28, 2019 at 6:18 pmHeavenly Father, I return to your altar this night to stand in the gap for this woman as you draw her out of the darkness and hopelessness of alcoholism. I pray that alcohol will no longer do for her what she wants it to do so that she can become open to seeking treatment for her disease. Take her hand, and guide her out of the darkness and despair into your perfect light.
