Trouble sleeping

I am asking for prayers because I am having trouble sleeping at night. I think this happens more for me during the winter months but also periodically throughout the year, and I am once again struggling to get a good night’s sleep. Thank you for your prayers.

January 8, 2026 at 1:44 pmI’m lifting you up to Jesus for healing and rest. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I can only imagine it’s the evil one trying to attack you because if you’re restful, you will think clearly and it’s the only way the evil one can attack you.
