Please pray for me. This morning I prayed and told God that I withhold nothing from Him. The thing is, I feel like at work, and at home, there are some promising things on the horizon—opportunities and potential upcoming things. But what a ridiculously horrible day I had, one of those days when literally everything that could possibly go wrong, did. Definitely an attack and the enemy trying to distract me with petty offenses and things that don’t matter in the long run. And yet, God is good—count it all joy. I was reminded of when the Pharisees said Jesus was casting out demons because He was the biggest one. And when Jesus forgave the people crucifying Him while they were still actively assaulting Him. I want to endure. I have a work presentation tomorrow and I don’t know if my computer will work. Marriage issues, too, and problems with my teen and early 20s kids, and other relatives are weighing on me. I am “the rock” for the few people in my life, so even when I’m exhausted or freaking out, I have to remain calm and kind and explain and support others. Please pray that these others will lean on God and turn to Him, rather than piling on me. I do lean on God, and talk to Him. Thank God, He’s my friend! And yet there are times I wish I had a physical shoulder to cry on, or a person who nods their head when I express myself. I don’t have any other support system besides God. Please pray for me to endure and to run my race well and to sense God’s presence tangibly. Thank you.
