April 20, 2019 at 9:09 amAlthough God’s grace has abounded in countless ways, I remain married for 26 years to a man who doesn’t understand his own faith. He was raised Catholic and calls himself a Catholic yet never attends mass. He is mad at God for not healing his mother. She died when he was 22. He thinks holding onto grudges is his “gift”. He only attends my church when it is a special event, maybe. But has told me his is proud of my involvement and service there. He understands they are my church family.
Our only child suffers from anxiety and anger issues. She is medicated and living with her boyfriend, a “good man” but not saved. She told me she doesn’t believe in God but believes in being nice. She is a talented artist with an official support dog at her side. I think she is jealous of my church family, but doesn’t understand how much I receive from them, daily.
When I first started working for my elderly boss he told me he was raised in the church but no longer believes in God. After a health scare two years ago he started attending my church, but I suspect more for the community aspect, since he was lonely. He hired me to be his caregiver and secretary because he is alone, no wife, no kids. He treats me like a daughter and is training me to do his job, basically. Now he has another health scare. His business is in crisis, as well.
I ask for grace, mercy, wisdom, discernment, protection and provision daily. I love the Daily Audio Bible; been listening for three years, I think. I’ve never called in, but I listen and pray along with everyone. We serve a Faithful, Compassionate God in Whom there is no pride to offend. I am grateful for your prayers. Thank you in advance.gsimoninPrayers: 5621Requests: 43
April 20, 2019 at 10:44 amToday Father, we humbly come before You to mention these prayer requests. It’s really hard when our closets loved ones are unsure or indifferent about their faith. For this husband, Lord, I pray his eyes will be opened to the destruction caused by holding grudges. Ughh. And help him let them all go, into Your hands. He will find a new freedom in You! I pray for the daughter – that she will come to understand that being nice is nowhere near Your requirement that we be perfect. Help her grasp that truth and then lean on You alone for her salvation. I also pray for this boss – that You work a work in his life, bringing him to salvation.
For our sister, Rhonda, help her lean on You so much that all these things do not overwhelm her. Help her to continue being faithful to You.robnstoverPrayers: 158Requests: 2
April 22, 2019 at 4:26 amFather God I pray today for my sister in Christ. Thank you for walking with her all these years and for her faithfulness. Help her to understand that You God no longer inhabit building built with the hands of men but that your Holy Spirit resides within us. Thank you Lord that this believing spouse is standing in the gap for her family. Lord that your salvation will come to her family even today. Help her husband and daughter to open their hearts and spirits to your salvation and love. Help her boss to walk into the same relationship and peace in the name of Jesus your son!

April 23, 2019 at 9:48 amFather God, you have given my sister in Christ a very special ministry. In Hebrews 13:20-21 You have promised to equip us with everything good that we may do Your will, working in us that which is pleasing in Your sight through Jesus.. Lord meet her in this ministry that you have equipped her for… Wow her with her grace Lord, give her promises of salvation that she can pray back to you, open her spiritual eyes to see Your movement and Father by the blood on Your Son Jesus the Christ we plead ..continue to move in monumental ways on the hearts of these people that You have called on her to represent Your love and goodness. In Jesus’ name Amen.
