Verge of committing Adultery

I have been married 20 years but with the last 7 years, 0 intimacy. I am extremely tempted and on the verge of committing adultery with another woman. My last posted prayer was to overcome my porn addiction, which God has freed me from, but the strong physical desire is still here. Please pray the blood of Jesus over me and my wife to intimately reunite and pray I can walk away from this adulterous situation I am finding myself in. I ask for the cleansing blood of Jesus upon me.

As I come before Your throne of grace, I am in awe of the kingdom of righteousness that You reign over. It is a realm where justice, righteousness, and truth prevail. Your divine principles and values shape every aspect of this kingdom, guiding and directing us in Your ways. It is a place of harmony and perfect alignment with Your will.
I approach Your throne with gratitude, knowing that it is a place of mercy and favor. Your grace abounds here, ready to meet me in my times of need. I am comforted by the knowledge that I can boldly come before You, knowing that You will extend Your helping hand and pour out Your abundant grace upon me.
In my imagination, I see the spear of mercy and grace. It represents Your powerful and compassionate intervention in my life. As the spear pierces through the darkness, it brings forth redemption, forgiveness, and transformation. Your touch is deliberate and purposeful, as You reach into the depths of my soul, bringing healing, restoration, and renewal.
I am in awe of Your acts, dear Lord. Your miracles are beyond comprehension, and Your love knows no bounds. You have a specific intention for my life, and Your grace guides me towards it. Your intention is for my growth, my flourishing, and my ultimate fulfillment in You. Your loving intention shapes every step I take, every decision I make.
As I reflect upon Your purposeful mercy and the grace of Your divine intention, I surrender myself to Your loving embrace. I trust in Your touch, Your acts, and Your intention for me. Help me to align my heart with Your will, that I may experience the fullness of Your purpose in my life.
Thank You, Heavenly Father, for the privilege of approaching Your throne of grace. Thank You for the purposeful mercy and grace that You lavish upon me. May Your kingdom of righteousness continue to manifest in my life and in the world around me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

May 24, 2023 at 11:18 pmGod always gives us a way of escape. Take responsibility for the lack of intimacy in your marriage. Fault never lays with just one person and I promise you, you have not been delivered from pornography, or you wouldn’t be ‘on the verge of adultery with another woman when you are married an have a wife of your own. You have already committed adultery against Your First Love (that is Jesus). I am not trying to be self-righteous Sir, I am simply stating Biblical truths. Get your head on right! Repent. Resist the devil and He will flee. Take your rebellious thoughts and your adulterous intentions (sexual immorality) captive and submit alm of it to the obedience of Christ Jesus. Change your mind and your thinking before it is too late. This is not the time to soft-pedal a well-crafted, “I don’t want to offend my brother-in-Christ kind of response.” You put it all out there on the Prayer Wall. Praise God and get right with Him so He can forgive You, protect You and defend your covenant with your eyes for your bride! Holy Spirit Come and do damage control as this man confesses his sin and seeks Your forgiveness. Strengthen him in his weakness and be His covenant, as he cannot do this on his own. Help us Lord, for You know we are are but dust. I praise You Lord for You are ready, willing and able to deliver Him should he bow his life and humble himself. Help him to choose wisely, in Jesus Name.
May 25, 2023 at 1:29 amI prey that Jesus will keep telling you it’s wrong. We plan our lives by the decisions we make. Do you want to sin against God? Do you want to do your wife that way? Once you do it there’s no going back. Your relationship with wife can never be the same. Do you want to die alone or with your wife by your side? This seems kind of easy and that’s just a few reasons to fly right. Self-respecting is another one. Not being that guy who messed around on his wife?
May 25, 2023 at 3:36 amHeavenly Father, as I join in agreement with these prayers for this one asking for prayer, I ask that your Holy Spirit indwell in him that he might know the truth and become free of this sexual addiction. That he may respect his wife and regain her trust for intimacy. We are to love one another beyond the physical. Holy Spirit we ask that You teach him and endow him that he might know the love of God in such a way that he can love his wife the way you love him. Love does not hurt; love will not have any sexual relationship outside the bond of marriage. And at the end of this present life, I pray that he will hear “Well done thy good and faithful servant” Adulterers will not enter into the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9). In Jesus Name Amen

I pray that God will equip you with the discipline you need to flee from this temptation. Praying these verses for you 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. They, “His thoughts”, should send up a red flag when it comes to this topic. In fact, after digesting “God’s thoughts” concerning how He feels about adultery, We would be wise to recognize the stop sign ahead, and take heed and STOP! 🛑 heading in that direction, and do an about-face and turn around and head in the opposite direction as quickly as we can.
This is God speaking: (PROVERBS 6:32-24) We would be wise to take heed of the warning….
“But a man who commits adultery has no sense: whoever does so destroys himself. Blows and disgrace are his lot, and his shame will NEVER be wiped away. For jealousy arouses a husband’s fury, and he will show no mercy when he takes revenge.”In the first portion of the PROVERB 1-31 the LORD says:
My son, keep your father’s command and do not forsake your mother’s teaching. Bind them always on your heart; fasten them around your neck. When you walk, they will guide you; when you sleep, they will watch over you; when you awake, they will speak to you. For this command is a lamp, this teaching is a light, and correction and instruction are the way of life, keeping you from neighbor’s wife, from the smooth talk of a wayward woman. Do not lust (in your ❤) after her beauty or let her captivate you with her eyes. For a prostitute can be had for a loaf of bread, but another man’s wife preys on your very life. Can a man scoop fire into his lap without his clothes being burned? Can a man walk on hot coals without his feet being scorched? So is he who sleeps with another man’s wife; no one who touches her will go unpunished. People do not despise a thief if he steals to satisfy his hunger when he is starving. Yet if he is caught, he must pay sevenfold, though it costs him all his wealth of his house.
God’s thoughts on this subject are very clear. It would be wise and personally beneficial and spiritually prosperous if when being tempted to commit adultery anyone would see the signpost ahead, and STOP🛑 and turn around and head the other direction.(1 CORINTHIANS 6:15-16)
“Do you not know that your bodies are members of CHRIST Himself? Shall I then take the members of CHRIST and unite them with a prostitute? NEVER! Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said. “The two will become one flesh.”
(1 Corinthians 6:18) some more of God’s thoughts.
“Flee!🏃🏼♂️ from sexual immorality, all other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whosoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.”
(EXODUS 20:14) God goes on to say speaking to His people:
“You shall NOT 🛑 commit adultery.”
In the book of (HEBREWS 13:4) the LORD Almighty says:
“Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God (Almighty) WILL judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.”
🛑 and take heed — We don’t have to engage in the physical act of adultery to sin. If we even look with lustful eyes, we are sinning.
(MATTHEW 5:27-28)
“You have heard that it was said, ‘you shall NOT commit adultery.’ But I tell you that (anyone) who looks 👀 at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”❤Adultery is a BIG DEAL WITH GOD!
(1 CORINTHIANS 6:9-10)
“Or do you not know that wrongdoers will NOT inherit the Kingdom of God? Do NOT be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men, nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the Kingdom of God.”It’s true, adultery is a BIG DEAL with God. But, GOD’S GRACE IS BIGGER!!!
(Isaiah 55:7)
“Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the LORD, and He WILL have mercy on them, and our God, for He WILL freely pardon.”(PSALMS 32:5)
“Then I acknowledged my sin to You and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD,” And You forgave the guilt of my sin.”(PROVERBS 28:13)
“Whoever conceals their sins does NOT prosper, but the one who confesses and renaunces them finds mercy.”(ISAIAH 43:25)
“I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions, for My own sake, and remembers your sins no more.”(1 JOHN 1:9) Abba Father says:
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and WILL forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”(ACTS 3:19)
“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the LORD.”Father, You make it clear about how You feel about anyone who yields themselves to the sin of adultery. You also make it equally clear about how forgiving a God You are. Thank You LORD for showing us the way so that we don’t sin against You and ourselves by yielding to adulterous thoughts which if meditated on can lead to the actual physical act of adultery. Help us to stop 🛑 in our tracts when we see the road sign ahead, that is warning us about these thoughts of adulterous sin that are attempting to enter into our minds. And to make an abrupt turn and head as quickly as we can away from these soul damaging thoughts, and into Your loving arms of forgiveness. Thank You Father, for loving us so much, that You give us theses warnings in Your holy WORD. So that we can live a life that’s free from feelings of guilt and shame. LORD, help our DABber friend, and all believers everywhere to walk in victory over this hurtful personal soul damaging sin…
