Good Morning my Brothers and Sisters, My name is Cynthia. I’ve been on a weightloss journey for far too long. I’ve tried so many ways to become healthier. God has walked with me. I’m 65 and just need prayer to persevere and finish my goal. I’m at a point where consistency in eating healthy and all the temptation is overwhelming for me. I mimic what Paul said. Those things I want to do, I do not. And those things I don’t want to do, I do. The battle is real! I just can’t give up. Thank you for your prayers and love for all the Dabbers!😊. This is my 5th year with DAB! Praise God for this ministry ❤️🦋🙏🏽

Lord we thank you for good health. It is a blessing. We pray for your power to sustain us as we take care of ourselves by eating healthy food, drinking plenty of water and making movement and exercise a part of our daily lives. Lord give us self control and motivation we need to make wise choices to support the health of our mind, our spirit and our bodies. Please keep us from injury and illness, and keep us safe we pray. In Jesus name Amen!
