I’m a full time caregiver for my 87 year old husband who has been in and out of the hospital and rehabilitation for a variety of reasons over the last 8 years. Over time he lost mental clarity and physical strength. Now he uses a walker and wheelchair and can’t be left alone. He is in good spirits and smiles without complaining. My prayer is to continue for my husband to age at home. I pray for guidance and resources to help me provide health care and free up some time to keep up with household/personal needs. Our family relationships have changed drastically and need healing …. So do our friendships. God help us. We both have adult children who don’t live close. His children have distanced themselves from me and offer no support or input. There seems to be no relief and the financial stress is mounting. In spite of my distress I am grateful that God is in our life and we are blessed in so many ways. My prayer request is for God’s grace to keep his hand upon us during this difficult time. Thank you for reading this message. It helped me to write it! I pray for my DAB family. What a blessing!

Stand firm in this divine pause, let your heart, rejoice in this knowledge that Your precious Lord, is your dedicated companion. Embrace these season, with courage and hope, for it is rich with God’s presence. Your obedience unlocks a deeper communion with Him, and every moment spent in the sacred space is a step closer to the heart of your creator. Remember HE is always here, ready to receive (You)with boundless love, and endless grace. Romans 8:38-39 For i am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separated us from the love of GOD. which is in Christ Jesus our LORD. Stay focus that He will Not abandon you. The people who distanced from you, It is better, than having them close and aggravating you. Praise God for whatever you are going through. I pray that you will find your strength and comfort in God’s words of assurance. You are experiencing a time of uncertainty. Specifically you are praying for guidance and resources to help you provide health care and free up some time to keep up with household/personal needs. This is beautifully done sister! May God in His lovingkindness and His care for His children hear your request and may he also hear our petitions on your behalf. God is faithful and He knows our needs even before we ask. Yet by His design, our faith in asking and in asking on behalf of others is what our Eternal finds so beautiful. It is our faithfulness in being dependent upon Him and not trying to navigate our own solution that brings us closer to Him. This passage references the strength we have in Him as relates to our knowledge of Him as our Savior, but it is the same strength that you are calling upon for this time:
Ephesians 1:19 LSB
and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe according to the working of the might of His strength,Be blessed this day and comforted in His strength that you can depend upon, lean, upon, trust in fully.
