September 18, 2019 at 6:23 pmMy daughter has always struggled with Math. She has built a wall in understanding it because she has lost confidence in herself to be able to do it and I ask for forgiveness for fussing at her when she doesn’t get the equations. She will start tutoring again tomorrow. She has to take and get at least an score of 1100 on the SAT or a score of 21 on the ACT for college and to get financial aid to attend a college. We don’t have money to pay for her tuition and I want her to graduate from college debt free. I am asking and believing that God will make a way out of no way for her to attend college with tuition already paid and that it not be at the expense of something happening to ANYONE. I am praying God helps her to retain and understand EVERYTHING taught in school and by her tutors.

September 18, 2019 at 7:33 pmDear God, please hear the love of dlisa for her child. God we know that you love us as a Good Good Father and we can come to you and know you will hear our heart. Be with her daughter as she struggles with all the learning and life choices we face as we are entering into adulthood, God lead her in the way she should go to develop a faith in you that only you can give. God we pray for this family and strengthen them in their faith and give them grace to and for each other as each finds their way and calling. God we know we can trust you and we are not leaning on any of our understandings and trust you will direct your paths. We love you and we love dlisa and her daughter as they make all these decisions and lift them up to you. Amen

September 19, 2019 at 5:38 amFather, I join in with Dlisa in praying for her struggling daughter. You know how I struggled with maths while there were storms raging around me as a kid in school, when there were lies of the enemy dragging on my confidence, and I wanted shelter and retreat.
I pray Father for a nurturing toutelage that will meet whatever need is in the depths of this young woman’s heart, and a resting hand of courage and peace on her shoulder through all of the work. I pray that you unbind whatever is tied up in knots, and wash whatever needs to be washed clean in her, so that she will feel fresh and refreshed and stand knowing that you have got her back.
I pray and desire her to have a strong sense of your presence, Jesus, in continual guidance and nearness – that all of her longings will be met with intimacy and hope from you – from your word and your holy spirit, Lord.docsollyPrayers: 2505Requests: 363
September 19, 2019 at 6:14 amdear Lisa, I see that your daughter is not interested in math. I had a problem with math too and my parents arranged for me to have tuition with my math teacher. I passed the exam. I suggest you do too. I also suggest you sit down with a career counselor, you and your daughter and find out what course she has aptitude for and is interested in. also you will know the thousands of courses that are there, courses that you were never aware of and she could perhaps expand her options and join a course that she did not know about and will probably fall in love with. my parents forced me to join dental school and I passed but never really did get to practicing dentistry. I chose a different profession. so try a different approach, one that works and doesn’t end in disaster.
