Community

In our Christian journey, there are three essentials we simply can't do without: the Scriptures, conversational intimacy with Jesus, and genuine community. Isolation can be incredibly harmful—it often leads us to lose perspective, drift off course, or even misunderstand ourselves without realizing it. Finding authentic community can be challenging because relationships sometimes come with risks. Unfortunately, people can hurt each other deeply. Wounds through trusted relationships often lead us to blame God and question our faith. When pain comes from someone we trust, it can blur the distinction between human mistakes and God's character. Yet despite this risk, walking alone isn't sustainable for long.

Community wasn’t initially part of a grand design when the Daily Audio Bible (DAB) began—it emerged naturally. Often, the most genuine communities form spontaneously: people with similar hearts and purposes, navigating life side by side.

 Non-traditional community is still relatively new to humanity, made possible by modern technology. While we're not trying to replace local, physical communities, we're also not diminishing the authenticity and impact of the connections built here. Many within the DAB community find courage to share deeply personal matters they might hesitate to disclose locally, fearing judgment or misunderstanding. Here, however, they've encountered a safe space characterized by God's grace, acceptance, and compassion.

As we journey forward together, it's evident we're part of something unprecedented. We feel amazed by how God connects people from around the globe daily, and we're deeply humbled to be alive at this unique moment in history.
