my best friend/ boyfriend of 5 years (Trey) (20 years old) was struck outside of his vehicle by an 18 wheel semi October 13 2016.
He has been in a medicated coma since the accident. He had surgery on his brain to remove a blood clot (which went well) He has damage to his brain stem and the middle of his brain which is inoperable.
Right now October 31 2016 we are focusing on his lungs. Both of his lungs are collapsed. His right one has 3 tubes in it and his left one has 1 tube. He isn’t reacting well to any type of change and isn’t tolerating movement. He is on a oscillator and not accepting a lot of oxygen even with it breathing for him.
His lungs must heal before we start to focus on his brain injuries and focus on waking him up from his coma.
Needing all the prayers we can get. He is a God fearing Loving man who has done so much for people. He has guided so many people to Jesus.
He lost his mom 4 years ago due to brain cancer/ with that being said his family are having a really hard time going through a tragedy like this again.
