It is very unfortunate that the company would try to protect itself against any legal actions ( from the wrong doer) and yet live many victims devastated. I and several coworkers was a victim of verbal harassment / work place bullying, we even wrote statements to HR but guess what nothing was done. BUT God is a good God, he does not sleep nor slumber. I was angry for several months and apparently I was holding forgiveness, which is a big NO with God.

The Lord softened my heart so I prayed for the person that was bullying us so that God would soften his heart and change his way he treats others. I can confess to you that yes this person has changed .
I pray that the person in your company that has been doing the harassment will NOT find peace in his heart until he stops his wicked actions in Jesus name. I pray that Jesus arrests this man’s thoughts and hopefully this man will come to repentance one day .

At the end of the day we must remember one thing- This man is NOT the enemy. Satan is the enemy that has decided to use this man as an object of his evil so as you can see this is spiritual.
Please encourage your friend to pray and know that God sees!! God Hears!! God never Sleeps!
