DAB Family. Our oldest daughter Elena attempted suicide last year on this day. She is probably still asleep right now, but please support her and us on this day. We are so thankful to Abba for not allowing her to succeed in her attempt. She is in an out of home placement as well, she recently moved DOWN a level, which means closer to coming home. We are so excited about that. Pray for her that she will strengthen herself in the Lord and that God would do the necessary work in her life so that we can be back together again as a family at home. Also, please pray for my other 5 children and my wife and I as well as we have all experienced hurt from Elena and her struggles over the years. Please pray Abba’s healing over us. Also, please pray healing over my daughter, while I’d love to say as parents we have handled her issues at home and while she’s been away according to Micah 6:8, however we have not and she also has hurts. Please pray for forgiveness. We have forgiven each other, however it still returns and we need to re-forgive. I’m not sure her siblings have forgiven her at this point, but we’d love to see them do that and be freed from the bitterness and anger they hold.

Also, we are wrestling with forgiving some extended family and them forgiving us. There is a very complicated situation that has come up in the last few months and we need God’s guidance and wisdom. We need HIS mercy and grace to forgive some hurts as do they. We know the enemy wants to rip our extended family apart and we don’t want to have any part in that.
