Chronic Pain

    I’m crying out in pain. I’ve been on disability since April 2010. I was diagnosed with AS or anklosing spondylitis. This January I’m having a complete hip replacement at the age of 65. I’m almost overwhelmed with pain. I absolutely hate talking about it Because all the talk is about ME, ME, ME❗ Hurting in Texas…Grieg Mayberry

    Abba Father!! How You love Grieg!! O Lord, relieve his pain and comfort his soul. Heal him O Lord and give him renewed HOPE. Fill him with the Holy Spirit, give insight and understanding of his situation. Praise Your Name!

    Heavenly Father,

    A most urgent prayer for Grieg. Chronic pain is so so hard, it makes it hard for us to carry out your will, and to shine your light in the world. It’s a heavy burden to bear. We humbly pray that you will deliver him from this pain.

    Put it in the hearts of the doctors and therapists to work hard find the right medication, therapies, etc. to allow the healing to increase and the pain to decrease. We pray that everything that can go right, does go right, and that the surgery in January will go exactly as planned and help to restore vitality to Grieg so that he may carry out your will.

    Help Grieg to always look forward and never look back – for before him is YOUR yoke and YOUR yoke is easy. YOUR NAME, the Name of JESUS is GREATER than AS.

    IN the Name of JESUS we PRAY.

    Father, living with chronic pain isn’t any fun. It does distract from our being able to concentrate on everything that is important to You, and that’s important to us.

    Lord, we pray that Greig’s surgery is a resounding success. And that he would find freedom from pain. We pray that Greig, would set his heart on Your promises of healing. and that he meditate on those promises until they drop into his heart as revelation.

    Father, help Greig to hear with his heart, and attend to Your sayings. Pv, 4:20

    Lord, remind Greig to not let them depart from his eyes, and to keep them in the midst of his heart.Pv. 4:21.

    Because, they, (Your Words), are life unto them that find them, and health to all their flesh. Pv, 4:22.

    Also Holy Spirit, revel to Greig the importance of keeping his heart fixed on your promises. For (Your Words) will directly affect every aspect of his life. Pv. 4:23.

    Maybe most importantly of all, empower Greig to never speak against Your Holy Word. By confessing, that your Word doesn’t work. That is a froward mouth. Pv.4:24.

    Because You have said, “that death and life, are in the power of our tongue. Pv. 18:21.

    Too Abba, You have instructed us that, You have set before us life and death, blessing, and cursing; Help Greig to choose life this day and live. De, 30:19.

    We come into agreement today over Your promises made to Greig, and the rest of the body of Christ. And we thank You Lord, that your Word, is working mightily in Tom.

    In Jesus name, we pray. Amen!!!
