October 21, 2020 at 8:14 pmGreetings God’s beloved,
I am requesting prayer to begin learning how to pray and what to say. Phillipians 4:4-9 comes to mind when thinking about the way in which I’d like to respond to challenging circumstances of life. If you have any practical-daily-rhythms of prayer, would you mind sharing?

October 21, 2020 at 10:10 pmHello Stanley; If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts. unto your children, how much more shall your Father which. … is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! Begin by asking The Holy Spirit to guide you. He will place in your heart what to say in prayer. Always rely in Him, and not yourself. Read the word. It is written quoting the Bible to remind yourself, and the enemy of our soul, what the word says. You will be guided by Him. Thank you for choosing to pray. The lord Bless you.

October 22, 2020 at 12:04 amAmen! Greetings brother Stanley. Too, prayer is simply talking to your heavenly Father. Throughout the day, Just talk to Him as you would a friend. Afterall, He is the best friend that you’ll ever have. Also, a excellent thing to do is to pray the Word Of God. Be attentive to the Spirits leading where this is concerned. Remember, that the Bible is full of promises. And when we pray the promises, the power that is contained in God’s Word, will be activated in our lives, or in the lives of others as we pray. Scripture says, “For all the promises of God in Him, are Yes, and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God.”! That means basically, that they are an established fact. You can bank on them, as the saying goes.
Praying the promises that are found in God’s Word, is always a smart thing to do.Remember to be open to the Holy Spirit’s leading. it’s a good idea to pray about everything He’s attempting to reveal to you. Spend time thinking about what He shows you. And pray about it, pray the verse out loud so your ears can hear yourself speaking it. When we pray this way, the life that is in God’s Word, will drop into our hearts, and strengthen our spirit man. And, it will strengthen our faith, and enable us to walk in more power. “Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word Of God”. Rom. 10:17.
The idea is to relax, and enjoy our walk with the lord. Pray daily to Him, and have fun in our relationship with The “Creator Of All Things”. He really enjoys our company. As we come to know Him through our prayer life, and through His Word. We’ll come to enjoy Him, as well. He has much, that He desires to reveal to us. When we pray, we put ourselves into position to be able to receive from Him.
Praying that He bless you in your prayer life.
In the matchless name of Jesus. Amen!

October 22, 2020 at 7:42 amI love to pray by listening to worship music, and repeating truths I hear, in my head or audibly, to the Lord! Also, my daughter literally just sent me a link to a Bible plan she’s starting on YouVersion.com, called “Make Prayer a Habit” … maybe that was for you, too!? God bless you.

October 28, 2020 at 8:20 pmFather in heaven, I pray you will lead this DAB friend to verses to lean on. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law” If anything troubles their spirit that is against the fruits of the Spirit. May they instantly call on You for help, rebuke the unkind thought or what ever came. Proclaim they choose Christ. They choose kindness. I cover this DAB friend with the blood of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against them will prosper.” In Jesus name

October 28, 2020 at 10:06 pmHi, Stanley. One thing that helped me is gratitude. Sometimes I just say: Thank you, Lord, that I am sitting down to thank you. Another thing: God knows what we’re praying about even if we don’t say a word. So I try not to get hung up on doing prayer in a certain way. Last, sometimes a quiet place with only is special.

November 4, 2020 at 11:49 amYes, Lord of Heaven’s Armies, teach our brother to come to You in prayer with everything in their life! Just like I’ve been teaching our grandson, every time we hear a siren, we stop and pray for the person and family that the firemen and paramedics are going to help. I want him to understand that siren cries out for someone in need and that he, a 6-year-old, has the power of holy prayer to assist them. The prayers are short and heartfelt. The Holy Spirit will lead you, and I agree, tell Him about everything that’s going on, what you’re thinking, what you’re concerned about. Blessings
